A unique experience and unmatched, the building is very nice in infrastructure. We just returned from a 7 day vacation here and loved it!
The week before our stay, we emailed the Premier Desk and our butler requesting a specific room and they were able to provide it. The people at Premier check in were wonderful and very helpful, right down to making sure we had drinks in hand during the check in process.
Our room was nice and very clean.
Our butler, Vanessa, was amazing and very attentive. She always made sure we had what we needed. She stopped by the pool every day to say Hi and see if we wanted anything. She even texted us before she went home to see if we had any last minute needs. We loved her and will request her for future trips.
Poolside service was amazing! Juan and Natali made sure we were never without a drink while sitting around the sexy pool. They greeted us warmly each day and always had a smile on their faces.
Gabriel and Alfredo at the poolside bar and grill were very attentive and friendly. They always greeted us warmly and by name.
The pool and Bash security team made sure no pictures were being taken.
Freddie and Abraham at the Lobby Bar were great. They always greeted us with a drink when we went to the lobby for our nightly happy hour before we went to dinner. LuLu and Marco at the lobby bar in the daytime were also great.
At Amores, Alejandro at the fried rice station and Ricardo, our waiter, were excellent servers and very attentive. Ricardo suggested a traditional Mexican dish at dinner one night and even helped me prepare it for the best experience.
We have been going to this resort for several years and we always look forward to seeing Lucio at the breakfast buffet. I am not sure how he remembers us, but he always brings us the special mimosas we like before we even ask for them. Delia at the omelet station always has a wonderful smile and makes the best eggs and omelets for us.
Our waiter at She, Jamie, and Pedro at Sutra, were also amazing and provided excellent service.
One person you do not want to miss is Lazaro, the “burger and fry guy” at Bash! He is friendly and entertaining. Watching him bang the spatulas on the grill to the songs playing at Bash is a real treat. A burger and fries, or wings at 1:00 am can be a lifesaver. Thanks Lazaro!
DJ Tatiana provided music a few nights we were there and she always kept the dance floor packed. It would be great if she was the house DJ. We loved her.

If you are looking to relive your 20's and party like you hate your liver, this is your place! It is a really fun atmosphere and the staff do a great job entertaining you throughout the day at the pool. I will warn that the photos online of what the rooms look like are very misleading. You may not have a balcony as shown or what looks like a walk out onto the beach, is actually a tiny triangle of a view of the beach. The food at the sit down restaurants was above average. The buffet is well stocked with a lot of options but just average. We did try the room service and it was dissapointing. The serving sizes late at night are tiny, you get 4 chicken wings. There is loud dance music all day at the pool if that is your jam. You never have to wait more than a few minutes for a drink which is nice and they always have bottled water ready to go. People in general tend to get heavily intoxicated at the pool and there was not a day I watched someone puke around the pool area, or get carted off in a wheel chair.

Yes this is a fun resort to party at BUT be very aware they are looking for anything they can find to charge you extra. IF you give them any reason to wash your sheets or possibly spill a drink on a towel or anything at all they will wip their phone out and take pictures and charge you a minimum of $50 to wash it. We checked out of our room in 100% perfect condition and by the time we made it to check out they said we had a smudge on a sheet (which we did not) and charged us. They then stated throwing other charges at us that we were told were covered already.
Sorry to everyone that enjoys the resort but you have also heard this exact thing from multiple people. My recommendation is if you stay here, take a ton of pictures going in and out to prove they are scamming you. Bummer to spend that much for a room and they tell you that you have to pay to do their laundry. My question to them was even if we did smudge something (which we did not), don't you wash the bedding anyways? We have been told stories about them saying guest scratched the paint on the wall and one couple was charged for the TV that did not work when they got their. They were charged $1200.00 for a $300.00 TV. Do your due diligence and test and take pictures of everything!
I have called them now 6 times and sent 5 emails about this to the resort and nobody will even talk to me or return a email.
Take the money and run is their philosophy!

this is the first bad review I have left in 14 trips and the bad thing is it's not about the staff, playmakers, restaurants, music, food or anything else that was all great per the usual. The problem is we are beneficiaries on a member's contract that is the penthouse down and they said they sent out emails to the owner of the contract and to us as well. No email was ever received by the owner or to use. We came to the resort for an 18 day stay that was 7500 dollars for our stay and when we checked in, we were told that they have changed the rule that beneficiaries were no longer able to have a butler, now mind you the previous 13 trips no problem. We only use our butler for dinner reservations not a hard task, but I have had butler and did not even know how to make a reservation without one. When I asked Jimmy the general manager about it and I was told by Jimmy " you can upgrade your room to the penthouse or the master suite or add the playful experience to your stay and you would get one then" So, the wife and I go 3 to 4 times a year and spend around 15000 dollars a year at this resort and I was told spend more and you can have a butler. What an unfeeling response to a loyal guest, so I am doing something I thought I would never do which is leave a one-star review and the only reason I am leaving this is for Jimmy's comment to me. Or I could have upgraded to be a member but why would I want to do that after they did not care about me as a beneficiary that spends as much as I do in their resort? Not a way to get me to be a member for sure. I think upper management and premier need to be reminded that we go to this resort as much as we do for the experience and the atmosphere and the staff, NOT for anyone in Management. Since I don't want any of our favorite staff to be in this review and the blame land on where it needs to be Jimmy and premier! I will say all of the staff, waitstaff, playmakers, housekeepers, restaurant staff, and pool butlers and butlers(even though we did not get to use one) were excellent as usual!

From the moment we entered the resort, we were greeted by staff members with smiles and hugs and a welcome home. We look at this resort as our second home because that is how we feel when we are there. The premier staff, including Gabby and Gloria were there to help whenever we needed anything at all and greeted us with a smile and hug every time. Our butler Andrea, although recently hired, was attentive and helpful, always with a smile and great attention to detail. Mike and Lili were our amazing helpers for pool chairs and cabanas, always making sure we were looked after and greeting us with a smile and hug. We have to give special kudos to our amazing security guys, Max, Edin and Ricky who had a tireless job of keeping the photo takers under control and keeping us safe. They did an wonderful job! Alejandro, the Food and Beverages Manager, has done an incredible job of keeping the restaurants quality at a premium standard. The food was amazing and the selection - outstanding! As well as being an amazing person, he was always there with a hug and welcoming smile, making sure we were happy with everything. The wait staff are second to none, always quick and efficient to serve us with their delicious food choices. In the buffet, we always asked to be seated in Isreal's section because he was always there and knew exactly what we wanted everyday. Doria at the grill makes the best omelets we have ever tasted. Although there have been quite a few changes in the playmaker staff and they have lost some incredible playmakers, the ones that replaced them are amazing! Big kudos to Pretty Boy, Alejandra, Elsa, Alexa, Guido, Sexy Pappy, JJ, and the crew kept the energy flowing and the fun and games was terrific, including the nightly shows that were great. Special thanks to the playmakers for dancing up a storm with us and making us feel so welcome and included. Let's not forget the phenomenal waitresses in the Bash every night that worked tirelessly to keep our drinks full and there with welcoming hugs and smiles like Josette, Moon, Tay, Alyn, Yammy and others. On the top Skybar Liz, Wendy and Giovanni were there in a flash with a smile, hug and your order. The housekeeping staff worked tirelessly to keep our room spotless and freshly stocked daily. Room service was quick and efficient with our morning orders and always showed up with a smile. None of this would be possible without the eagle eye and masterful direction of the resort's new General Manager Saul who is there to oversee the entire resort. He was friendly and approachable and as we came to know him during our stay, a wonderful man who has amazing insight to what makes a resort great! If we have left out anyone out here, it is only because all of the staff are wonderful and it's difficult to remember all of the amazing people who were there for us. The hubby celebrated his birthday during our stay and all of the staff went above and beyond to make it his BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of our Temptations family for making this another vacation to remember!

Second time at Temptation and I can’t wait to come back! I had the best time ever
I felt welcomed by everyone at the resort, made a lot of new friends and had a wonderful time

Luigi and Francisco were always checking to make sure I was attended to
Tiana at the reception checked me in and checked me out, very helpful, professional and really set the tone for a wonderful week that I had, it was fitting that she checked me out, I hope see gets to see this review also
I cannot forget Rubi (Flame) Michelle and Kristen (Rain/Amores) ❤️❤️ my favourites….they remembered my name, room number and favourite seat each time I came to see them 😅
Esmerelda cleaned my room most of the time I was there and she has just such a beautiful spirit I could not help but smile every time I see her

Before I start with all the good stuff, upon checkout, we should have had a 25% off of the Spa massage and other purchases but upon cashing out we were being charged full price, I asked questions about the charges and he THEN found the discount that we should've received. It was $100 difference BTW. I shouldn't HAVE to be telling them their job, and making sure on these things. It can be very confusing because all the amounts are in Pesos. Soooo, DO BETTER when it comes to that stuff. I can see people not noticing and paying more than they were told. Other than that....
This is an awsome Hotel/ Resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful in whatever you need. It is an all adult resort and very Sexy/topless attire is seen in most places from the pool to the Bash party at night. So if you're easily offended or want a nice quiet vacation, then this is not the place for you. The party vibe is kept alive with the "Play Makers" that run the Sexy Pool games/activities. The MC's that I can remember are "Cowboy" and "Chocolate". The Play Maker dancers are great as well. Arrita is always friendly and so full of energy. The bartenders Adolfo at the Sky Bar and Luigi at Sexy pool bar stand out the most due to their hard work, professionalism and excellent drinks. Jesus up in Sky was very friendly and helpful as well. Server Wendy has always been great at what she does, constantly keeping up with keeping drinks in your hand. I've been in the area that she works several times and she never disappoints. Liz in the coffee bar was always in a great mood and very hard working. Matias I belive his name was, at the Premier Pool bar was very good. We had a spa couples massage experience that was awsome. We requested Orquie and Veronica for massages and they were very professional and we had a very enjoyable experience. There was the general maintenence guy named Santiago that was always working keeping busy and always had a smile on his face. Leonel and Shadia were great Butlers and handled our requests in a timely manner. This would be visit #6 i believe... so very enjoyable place.

This was my 8th trip to this resort, and as a member, I’ve always enjoyed it. Overall, the trip was fun, but there were definitely areas where it fell short.
Pros:
The pool is always a highlight—up until 4 PM when the gangster rap starts playing like clockwork. While I enjoy a good party vibe, I’m in Mexico and would prefer something more fitting to the setting rather than the same rap tracks every day for 10 days straight. For context, we’re not old (ages 36-39), but it became tiresome quickly.
The theme nights and shows are fun, but they’re starting to feel repetitive. However, I have to give a big shoutout to the bartenders at Bash in the lobby bar—they were fantastic (though I can’t recall their names).
Special mentions go to Gerry, Adan, Tonio, Luigi, and Diago—these men work incredibly hard and always greet you with the biggest smiles. We absolutely love them! Also, Lincy at Flame, who was training at the time, did an amazing job as our server. David at the breakfast/lunch buffet was also fantastic and always took great care of us. Wendy at the pool UNREAL this woman works so hard and my drink was never empty I didn’t even need to ask her I love her so much. Mike and lily pool butlers also amazing love them both.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the food was disappointing this trip. The breakfast buffet had a very limited selection, and getting basics like scrambled eggs or bacon often meant waiting in long lines. The restaurants were mediocre, aside from She and Flame, which ironically used to be my least favorite but were the standouts this time.
Another major downside was the behavior of some guests. I was grabbed by a man in the pool, right in front of my husband and friends. It was completely inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable.
The membership perks have also gone downhill. Beneficiaries now receive almost nothing except a black bracelet, which feels like a slap in the face considering the investment many members have made (upwards of $30,000-$40,000). It’s clear they’re prioritizing quantity over quality.
Additionally, the music volume could be toned down. Losing my voice from having to shout just to have a conversation is unnecessary and frustrating.
Final Thoughts:
While we still had fun—mostly because of the company we traveled with—I can’t help but feel that the resort is losing the charm that made it my favorite place to visit. The quality is slipping, and it’s sad to see so many changes that devalue the experience for loyal members. At this point, I feel like we could have the same amount of fun at any adults-only resort with better food and fewer frustrations.
