Just got back from the Flamingo (may 6-May 13), and it was ok. It definitely is a 3*, and you get what you pay for. The infamous $20 bribe did not get us ocean view, we got Margaritaville view. Whatever, we were rarely going to...More
My stay in the Flamingo was good until the last night. On the last night, our room was broken into and over $2000 in electronics was stolen. The hotel's response to the situation was unacceptable and as a result I would not recommend this hotel...More

As usual, all the hotels have different kind of rooms, on Flamingo is the same ... When I arrive, the deluxe room was offered to me (has a beutful view of beach) ... but unfortunetly I just had money to the stantard (with view to street, a little noisy).. but, for sure, was a great stay. Have a nice trip my friend!
The pool is suppose to close a 9pm. Quite often the security folks turn a blind eye but if families with young kids get too loud for the folks that have rooms near the lobby pool can call the front desk and complain.
