Checked-in on June 13 and was in-house for 1 week. Positives: excellent location, very clean hotel, excellent staff, nice rooms, excellent beach front property with crystal clear water, and excellent event travel agent on site to help plan your daily activities while in Cancun. Negatives: very noisy hotel, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything (TVs, People Talking,...

We had a blast, it was me and my girlfriend. they keep that place so clean u can see your reflexion in the marble floors. The staff is alway cleaning something, they are very friendly, and the bartender at the adult pool is the best. His name is mario, the lunch and dinner buffet could be better. But the italian...

I visited this hotel after the great reviews it received on trip advisor. I have to admit it was better than expected. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the employees were great. My biggest concern was the food, since it was an all inclusive plan. I was satisfied. It was not the best food in the world, but was good...

I stayed at the Park Royal Piramides March 19-26 this year for spring break with my best friend. It was one of the best weeks of my life!! It was our second time in Cancun, so we were much more familiar with things. The people at the hotel were wonderful to us. It was a great place to stay because...

Beautiful and well-kept grounds. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent selection of food for all-inclusive package. Try the Italian restaurant...you won't believe it is apart of the package. Very happy and would return.

My husband and I stayed there for our honeymoon, May 16th through May 22nd, and we found it good for the price. The hotel was VERY clean, there always seemed to be someone cleaning at all hours of the day. I agree with the other reviews that the front desk was not the friendly; they seemed putout to help you....

Drinks were always great and the wait staff would bring them as fast as you could drink them. Service was outstanding. Beach was absolutley gorgeous....

First time to Cancun, first time at all-inclusive hotel. Stayed May 7th thru May 18th. Enjoyed our stay immensely. The grounds, room, food, beach were all very good. The Veranda Restaurant had a large variety of various (good) food. Never went away empty. Good service, everyone was courteous, helpful. It was always clean. We (4 adults) ate their daily. The...

First of all, I've never seen so much marble and granite in any of the hotels I've stayed in. The crew literally cleans and washes every square inch day and night. We had the ambassador suite and it was great. It had 2 bathrooms and two rooms with a balcony. The food was great as well. The buffet always had...

My wife and I just got back from our trip. This hotel is not that great. The beds (and pillows) are very hard, the bedding comforter is basically a sheet and the noise is heard from the neighboring rooms and in the halls. Showers also leak water all over the floor in the bathroom. Food was not that good. Drinks...
