Stayed in this hotel for two nights- for $50 per night it was better than our $200 room in a Tulum resort. Rooms are quaint, comfortable and very clean. We also had a massage here and it was very good. On site restaurant had good food. My only wish was that I felt fairly guilty using the small shampoo bottles...

I'm only giving it a three due to the wifi situation. Everything about the hotel is wonderful, its in a beautiful setting, our hotel room was clean, no issues at all. It was just the fact that the internet or what they claimed to be of it, barely worked. The signal does not reach the rooms and if you do...

The best thing about this hotel is that it is close to the Chichen Itza ruins. Visually the place is satisfactory. The rooms at this hotel are OK. But the restaurant is overpriced and largely unMexican, and they were playing Frank Sinatra and American music. Definitely doesn't leave you with the feeling you are in Mexico.

This is a lovely, very quite hotel about 5 minutes walk from Chichen Itza. It has a pool and a nice bar/restaurant. The hotel was good value for money, considering how close it is to the pyramid. There's not much else around which suited us just fine although you need to be up for that. It's definitely a recommendation and...

A decent hotel with a nice swimming pool and a restaurant. It's hard to say why I didn't really like the place as it has everything you need and is clean, I think maybe the service just wasn't quite up to scratch and it all felt a bit forced at times. The food was very average for the price but...

I've stayed here on multiple occasions when visiting CI -- upside very clean and cheap -- downside service not friendly or helpful --- meals and drinks very expensive if you don't get a package-- pool very nice - location excellent - rooms clean

This is a good location for seeing the Mayan site and has other pluses not least the swimming pool. The air conditioning in the room was good and when we complained about the lack of a safe they brought one to our room. On the other hand, as part of a tour group, it was taking a long time to...

The hotel is located a convenient 5 minute walk to the back entrance of the ruins, where you can purchase your tickets and hire a guide. We were advised to hire our guide in advance as it is peak season, and the hotel recommended Diego. Diego was a fantastic tour guide, able to provide us lots of information & answer...
