Room was terrible. Bed sheets full of bugs. Toilet paper provided but nothing else. No towels or soap. Inexpensive but still felt ripped off. Breakfast provided was ok. Very close to highway. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This is really a lovely spot. They have two pools, one of which looks a lot like a cenote. The grounds have lovely lights, and a nice outdoor restaurant right next to one pool. the hotel itself is a lot like an older USA motel. the rooms are old and a little frumpy. There is soap, but no shampoo. There...

Great little hotel. Very close to chichen itza - they even give you a free bus to the site after breakfast. Gets you there at 8am- good way to beat the crowds. Has the Cenote Il Kil right opposite, another bonus. Nice pool to sit by and relax after the crowds at Chichen. All in all great value for money...

Along the road, it is not the place to stay for your holidays but a just one night stop to visit Chichen Itzá. It looks like Motel...room are just ok, have a safety box. The bathroom was not very clean, bed linen too small for the bed and definitely out of age. Airco works well in silence. The pictures of...

This is like a classic american motel, so it is good and cheap if you just want to stay a couple of night and you have a car. Otherwise you are going to find yourself stucked in the middle of nothing. Good also if you want to see the night show at Chicen Itza. You can also end the day...

The room and especially the bathroom was filthy. Felt/smelt like I was walking into a public toilet. But the worst thing was the bed had bed bugs. Got bitten all night. Be warned! Also the pool tends to attract the families so if you thought you were coming here for a relaxing pool side time think again. Screaming children will...

The hotel is really nice, a bit old but it's really peaceful. There are two nice swimming-pools and a lot of trees. The rooms are nice and comfy. It's located right across the Ik-kil cenote so it was very convenient to go there before the crowds got in. They have a shuttle to Chichen Itza, which is convenient but it's...

A friendly and value for money motel, which is good for getting to Chichen Itza before the coaches arrive. Also, the hotel provided tickets for the evening light show. The rooms are comfortable; the bathrooms basic but OK. The pools were good and the eco pool in particular was a hit with our 3-year old.

On the plus side: Kids enjoyed the pool, nice hammocks to lie in, there's a short path to walk down for a nice nature walk behind the rooms, and there's a shuttle that takes you directly to Chichén in the morning. Down side: Everything else. The rooms are extremely humid so the bed sheets were damp when we arrived, our...

Good option if you are travelling to see chitzen itza. You can go very early in the morning before the many tourbuses arrive. After that at around 1130 you could go to the ceynote just opposite the hotel. Hotel has friendly staff, good but simple breakfast included. Dinner was so and so. Rooms where clean and good for one night...
