Good hotel for the price but needs maintenence. If you want a good night sleep don't stay here unless you like sleeping on a board. beds are hard asa rock. Door locks need upgrade, you have to carry a key on a rope. Very limited activitys, they take you on a nice bike trip to the marina only problem is...

Good staff and pretty good service in this resort. Great stretch of sandy white beach for a resort located on the Cozumel island. Food was OK and drinks were predictably good enough for the value oriented place. Water as expected was crystal clear every day and just perfect. Lots of fish and other sea creatures for a snorkel enthusiast. View...

I enjoyed our 6 day vacation at this resort. Cozumel is beautiful and the resort was a short ride from the airport. We arrived at noon and our room was not yet ready but we could eat at the buffet and were offered a dinner time for the fancier restaurant that night. The staff was great and worked very hard....

My wife and I just spent 5 nights and 6 days at El Cozumeleno Beach Resort. We had a fantastic time! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The food was great, the facility was always very clean and there is lots to do! We go to Cozumel mainly for the water and the snorkeling - El Cozumeleno has the best...

This has been the second year we have been to el cozumeleno resort. The staff was very helpful both times we have been there. Our rooms have been great, would have liked a better view than the buffet roof but can't be too picky. You don't spend much time in the room anyway. The food is great! We are planning...

Our room was cleaned daily, the staff is excellent and very friendly. Food was pretty good, I know I never went hungry and unfortunately gained a few pounds. Waiters and bartenders were great and kept your thirst under control.

The staff was really great, were upgraded to ocean view at check in and the view was amazing. However, the room was not very clean, we could see dark hairs on the floors. The food was very disappointing, the buffet was the same every day and was usually cold. We ate at the "fancy" restaurant 4 nights and were disappointing...

Number one piece of advice is if you want a chair on the beach for the day, you HAVE TO go out and "save" one before 8 am...that's if you want one of the "good" chairs. The first appearance of the outside of the resort and the lobby is very attractive. The bell boys and front desk employees were always...

Carlos at the check in started our trip out right. Our room was excellent especially since the hotel was sold out. The food is just ok but we didn't expect greatness. The beach is still rough to play volleyball on. Chairs are at a premium and people shouldn't be able to reserve chairs all night. By 7 am all of...

Spent the last week of January at El Coz and had a great time. As others have stated, the buffet gets a bit repetitive after a few days, but it's still good. The fajita/taco/quesadilla/omelet chefs do a great job. The restaurant was really good, everyone was stuffed by dessert, but 2 hours for dinner was a bit long and the...
