Hotel Cozumel is a middle of the road kinda place for all of it's good there are a couple bads but we keep staying there :-) The rooms are good sized and the tile floors are good for divers who drip water all over the place, so it makes for easy clean up. Dive Paradise is across the street and...

The hotel was clean, quiet and a great value. The walk to town is easy, they even have bikes you can borrow or have a free bike tour. The ocean and manmade beach is across the road, there is a tunnel so you don't have to cross the road. The "beach" is sand but there are stairs to walk in...

Group dive trip, stayed at Hotel Cozumel on an all inclusive package for room, food, drink, and dive. Hotel is comfortable and clean, staff are friendly and attentive. No major issues and the minor ones were dealt with by the hotel swiftly. Only complaints were that the beds were quite hard and rooms with adjoining room doors were noisy. The...

I have been to Hotel Cozumel many times before and have always enjoyed it. I just returned on March 9th and previous trip was 3 years ago. The hotel is getting tired looking. It needs a few updates....re-glaze the tubs (glaze is peeling), change pictures in the rooms (they are very old/out dated & very bubbled). We did not go...

As walkers and bikers, the proximity of this hotel to San Miguel was a plus (about 15 minutes on foot) for shopping, exploring neighborhoods, visiting the museum, etc. The service and the service folks could not have been better. The food was plentiful and good. The dive shop associated with it was genial, friendly and helpful. Our snokle right in...

Just got back from a week in Cozumel. While the hotel was adequate, the staff and other guest far surpassed our expectations. Never a lack of conversation around the pool if you are an outgoing person. Also never any problem finding chairs around the pool. Would have liked to have had more than one beach towel. Our room accomodated 3...

Overall I can say that this hotel is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at. I had a junior suite which was a standard room with an attached balcony (with a jacuzzi on the balcony. I found this very relaxing, it's nice to be able to use a jacuzzi whenever you want to). The view from this hotel is...

My Boyfriend and I are a young couple in our twenties. We stayed a week from Feb 18th-26th. General Observations: Rooms are basic, but we had hot water every day! Food is OK - Not good if you are trying to eat clean/healthy - very little vegetable/green options but a lot of carbs and protein. Pool is absolutely huge and...

Room was average at best, minimal hot water and rock hard bed. Was not impressed by the average food have had much better at other Cozumel resorts. As far as diving goes if you only want to do 2 or 3 dives a day and spend most of it riding on the boat then this is the place. Paradise divers...
