Clean, comfortable place with friendly and accommodating staff. Housekeeping does a terrific job. If you’re there for the diving, you don’t even need a car. There’s a nice dive shop around the corner called Tres Pelicanos that will transport you to their dive boat at the marina. The hotel is about four blocks from the ferry pier. You can walk...

We've enjoyed our stay very much! Small hotel, excellent location and walking distance to many central attractions yet feels quiet and removed from the tourist scene. Two blocks to waterfront. Attentive staff, spotless very spacious rooms. Private pool with outdoor cooking area. Very secure. Highly recommend!!

This place is perfect. Very convenient to Ferry and all the shops, restaurants and plaza. Plus the rooms are very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave. They are two story little lofts with a kitchennet and living furniture and the upstairs is the bed and bath. Great value! Loved it.

Ideal location one block from city center. Restaurants and shopping are all close by, and the waterfront is one street away. We enjoyed our daily conversations with the owners, who are friendly and they aim to please. The hotel and rooms are beautiful! The hotel staff are helpful and forever smiling. Highly recommend...

The best location in town imaginable: close to the center and ferry to Playa del Carmen, close to large grocery stores, and close to the sea front, including the Aqua Safari pier where our dive boat picked us up. Despite being close to everything, we found the nights and early mornings remarkably quiet: no nightclubs or loud music, no chirping...

My wife and I booked a villa here for a 3 day event with a group of friends. We were the only ones in our group that stayed here, because we booked late and the other hotel was sold out. That turned out to be a great thing! We never would have discovered this hidden gem! The property is very...

As other people have mentioned this place is great. Very good value and amazing location. We did not want to do the all inclusive thing, and had read such good things about the local food we wanted to experience that. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go for food and of course drink. It was about $5...

Everyone else has already said it about this place.... friendly, clean, quiet, well located, great air conditioning, nice small pool for cooling off in, well laid out living spaces. Probably not for someone with a toddler, because of the spiral staircase without handrails.
