We had 30 people in our group many with kids 18-8... everyone loved it! Rooms are spacious and clean. Beach is perfect! Food and service is excellent. Can't say anything negative. They took care of every detail of our wedding before and during wonderfully. Amazing week! If you are looking for party atmosphere this isn't where you want to go....

This was our 6th visit and we returned with 4 other return guests plus 6 new guests. Everyone loved it. The location cannot be beat. We tried the "competition"- all inclusive resort, which is in walking distance to Privilege in January and while comparable in many ways, Privilege still has them beat with amazing dinners on the beach, better/wider beaches...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great (we had all inclusive for the last two days of our trip) and the service fantastic. We got the best room in the hotel (as we saw it) up on the sixth floor in building 4, with a huge terrasse giving astonishing views and a really nice pool....

This was our 4th year in a row staying at Privilege Aluxes. I think the thing I appreciate the most is the hospitality of all the staff. Every single person goes above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained, incredible food, amazing beaches, variety of room types and love that it is walking distance to...

Check in was easy; however, we arrived around 12:00 pm and check in wasn't until 3pm. The hotel gave us our all inclusive bracelets early and allowed us to change in one of their rooms and they stored our luggage. Our room was ready right at 3pm. We stayed in room 352 (beautiful view of the ocean). The rooms are...

Just returned from our second trip to Privilege Aluxes, and it was another great trip. Hotel staff is extremely professional and attentive, and the food and drinks are great as well. Love the location of the hotel, beautiful beach and very close to town.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days this past February and had the best vacation ever. The staff was amazing; so friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Sam at the pool bar- by far our favorite! The food was great and the drinks were just as good. They had the best breakfast buffet I've ever had at a...

We stayed here 4 nights and was overally very happy with our stay. Our room had a partial city view with a small view of the ocean. There is little storage room for clothes and the shower, while huge, has no shelves for soap etc and a tiny shower head. Seems a waste of a good shower. Room was clean...

This place is absolutely wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we were treated so perfectly. We booked a Platinum, but they upgraded us to the presidential suite, which was beyond amazing and beautiful. Such a relaxing and wonderful place. Big thanks to Jesus, Ivan, and Sam for always going above and beyond! Will will be returning for sure!

From Belgium/Europe, we just spent another 7 nights in room 344 and just as last year (13 nights in July '16), the staff is really what makes this place what it is ! We even convinced my sister and her husband, who live in SFO, to join us as their very first AI experience and they liked it. Welcom at...
