We visited El Milagro during our last trip to Isla Mujeres in Feb 2014 to determine if we wanted to stay with them on our next trip to Isla Mujeres which we just returned from. Seeing it then we were hooked and set the date. Our previous 2 stays on IM were both at the North end which were both... More

We have stayed here for several years. The first time there was only three rooms we filled them all as we normally travel with friends and family. We had 5 or 6 rooms last time. It is a great place to stay with a group . There are large common areas to gather. Juan, Julio and the rest of the... More

From Owner Eric I would like to comment about the pool. We have a natural well on the property we were using this well water to regularly fill the swimming pool. However due to the high mineral content in the water it never appeared clear and also had some sulfur in it this gave the water the appearance of not... More

We stayed at El Milagro for a week in October. We did not know what to expect other than what we had read online, and boy were we in for a treat! The minute we arrived Juan arrived with a fresh coconut and straw for each of us to enjoy and recuperate from our travels. In fact he was so... More

We spent three nights at El Milagro and enjoyed every minute. An initial problem, beyond El Milagro's control, was resolved by Eric with a terrific room upgrade. The resort is truly a community of international travellers, both sailors using the marina and new and many returning guests in the exceptional hotel rooms. The suites are spacious, well equipped and comfortable.... More

We arrived at El Milagro and Ingi met us with a smile and showed us to our room. Eric (the owner) arrived with some dinners from the community barbecue earlier that evening that were saved for us. The perfect start to a week of warmth, culture and relaxation. The next morning Julio helped us rent a Golf Cart for our... More

Loved it, Inexpensive, private and clean. I wanted to rent a studio for eight nights but it was only available for six so I got an upgrade and stayed in the penthouse for only seventy dollars per night. The hotel has ten bikes for the guests to use which was a great way to get around the island. What else do... More

Just got home from 5 days at El Milagro. I travelled with my adult son after spending 5 days in Cozumel. I loved this place. We had a little confusion over our accommodation but Eric quickly sorted it out and we got settled very quickly. I did not get a chance to meet Eric but hopefully next time. Yes, there... More

We've been going to Isla for 14 years and have always stayed on the north end, this time we wanted to try something different. After researching we decided on El Milagro's and I have to say it was NOT a disappointment - we fell in love with the rooms, staff and everything about it. We were there with my adult... More

We totally enjoyed out time at El Milagro - It was "all inclusive" in that there was a kitchen, snorkel access, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes, all included. Eric and Inga (manager) went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. What a gem!
