Positives: Free upgrade to larger room with king size bed and kitchenette (limited utensils, no coffee pot, 1 coffee cup, but had microwave and fridge). It was in the back so I did' get moped noise from street. Breakfast was bananas, apples, coffee, juice, bread and cornflakes which you ate by pool on main floor (Note: they had 2 small...

We booked this resort thinking that we would be close to the beach near the sister hotel of bahia chac chi...we ended up renting a golf cart and driving downtown.the hotel is nothing fancy, we have a kitchen in the room so its pretty convenient..continental breakfast by the pool is included..the rooms have a/c and ceiling fans also a smal...

Nice, small and very quiet. The staff was always nice, specially the girl in the morning shift and the dudes at the night shift. When we got there, the a/c wasn't working properly but the staff took action immediatly and found us acommodation in another room. Pool is very small. They also have a tiny jacuzzi on the rooftop that...

Great budget place--we'd stay again. Not on the beach but you can easily walk or take a cab. We stayed in a suite off of the main road. Pros: Low price, friendly staff, nearby grocery store and restaurants, taxis readily available, peaceful courtyard to have coffee and breakfast, wonderful mattress! Cons: Shoddy maintenance (loose toilet seat, window screens taped into...

Wasn't expecting much from this hotel because of the price, but it was great , the staff are all amazing and it's a small boutique style hotel. Great to watch the sunset on the roof. I would definitely return to this hotel. The rooms are huge !!!! Well done to the team.

We chose this hotel because of the location. We were pleasantly surprised at just how nice it was! Our first room was a little small, so we asked for something a little bigger and Ricardo quickly moved us to a junior suite. We had lots of space and loved the balcony overlooking the side street and the school. We loved...

Super will be certain to stay there again when we come to Isla. We have told others about it. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, place was clean, safe, within walking distance to town. Reasonably priced.

We were extending our vacation by a week and looking for an affordable place to stay on Isla Mujeres. After reading reviews, we decided to stay at Chac Chi Hotel 4 nights, 5 days. We initially decided to book a standard room because we only needed a place to crash with a decent pool, clean bed and cold AC at...

We only stayed here for a night while in transit and the hotel was perfect for that matter. We especially loved the pool on the rooftop although it's small and not very deep. View is cool! Our room was quite large and clean. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from downtown/ferry terminal, so not perfect for our purpose...
