Loved everything about this hotel. This was our first trip to Isla Mujeres and we fell in love with the island and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very boutique feeling hotel and loved the open front off of the street. Very accommodating staff. Very clean room. We would stay there again definitely.

Great hotel by the ferry terminal but still close to the beach. Nice view. Minus for the boring breakfast only served until 9. The staff is great except one of the women in the reception who was right out rude and uninterested. Everything was annoying and tiresome it seemed.... still worth it though, its relatively cheap as well.

We stayed in Bahía Chac Chi for one night and wished we had stayed more. The hotel is five minutes away from the port and 15 minutes away from North Beach. The room is confortable, clean and the breakfast simple but tasty. Excellent personnel atention, specially from Mayte.

The view from this hotel is amazing, hopefully if you stay here you can get one of the rooms with a view because is the best of it. The rooms are simple but nice, very clean, same thing with the bathroom, the shower is really nice and great water pressure but maybe the best is the location. You can rent...

You can literally see this hotel as the ferry comes in. My spouse and I had four great nights here. The room was pleasant, clean, and quiet. The lobby is a great place to sit and catch a breeze. And so close to everything. Highly recommended!

Booked for 2 nights. Walking distance from ferry, playa norte and el centro so good exploration base. Solid 3 star hotel; nice lobby but somewhat motel like rooms. Great shower with lots of pressure, good towels. We had to call for help in figuring out the safe and we had a fridge that was not plugged in and no plug...

We stayed in a junior suite (room 204) with sea view. Every morning we just opened the curtains and went back to bed and enjoyed the view. Since we arrived on New Year's Eve, the hotel staff put party hats and two small bottles of sparkling wine free of charge. Most of the rooms has balconies facing inwards and the...

This "Jewel of The Island" is a totally smoke-free property with breezy balconies, operational windows, and unlimited fresh air. Simple elegance with a "chill" vibe. Best sleep ever! Heavenly bed and pillows. Intoxicating East/West ocean/bay breezes lull you to sleep. Next best thing to sleeping on the ocean front beach. Air conditioning is not needed at night. The well-situated property...

My wife and I stayed five nights. We originally booked a pool view but that's a bit deceiving and sounds better than it is. The pool is small and in an interior court yard so that you really don't have much to look at, not bad, just not what we expected so we paid a little more and got a...

Everything about the island is true.. Great beaches and food etc. Lots to do and safe for kids. The New years party is great. Lots of place to eat etc. Only thing is pool is cool and small but nice to cool down in.... stick to North Beach and snorkeling by the Reef hotel for free.. love to go back.....
