Our booking was messed up by Orbitz and they turned out to be no help at all. So we arrived with great anxiety at the hotel. We explained our situation to the front desk and then to the manager. He smiled, and said, no worries. I'll take care of your family. And he did. He fixed our reservation with no...

Bahia Chac Chi is a gem, but it's not for everyone. It really depends on what you're looking for. That said, if you've traveled over to stay in Isla Mujeres, I would assume you're looking for something different from the all-inclusive behemoths in Cancun so you're in the right place. The location is steps away from the ferry which is...

We stayed here for a week at Isla Mujeres and found the hotel perfect for us. We loved the open air lobby and the pool was exactly what we were looking for after a day at the beach or snorkeling; out of the sun, perfect temperature and crystal clear. Within walking distance of everything, but far enough to be private,...

I highly recommend this one. Nice, stylish hotel for a taste of old Mexico right across from the Ferry. Great value and a bit of fun. Downside: our bed needed and upgrade, but it looks like they were swapping beds out while we were there. It is a boutique Hotel so don't expect a whole bunch of amenities. Upside: everything...

Locations is right across from the ferry so that is easy. Facility looks new and nice. No need for the bay view since the traffic is right there and the exhaust and noise makes the balcony useless. Sunset without a breeze or shade is rough. The bed is unbelievably hard and you can hear everything. (Doors, talking, walking) Doors beep...

Isla mujeres is amazing. Definitely my girlfriend and i's favourite spot in Mexico. We came over here kinda last minute and found really good deals on this hotel through wotif. When we rocked up the guy at reception was super nice and really helpful. The hotel its self is about 300 Mtrs away from the ferry terminal so it was...

We were staying in Cancun and only booked here for one night. We loved the location. All of the poeple working there were so nice and helpfull. We got there about 4:30 and they helped us get a 24 hour golf cart rental, having it brougbt right to us. We will definitely stay longer next time.

We've stayed on Isla Mujeres before at a different hotel and this hotel blew our previous hotel out of the water for only a few pounds more per night. We had a room overlooking the sea - you could lie on bed with doors open and look right out to sea. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and...

Really enjoyed our stay here, read some thought outside road noise was bad, we didn't hear it, enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching boats and people. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
