Good location and a lot potential to be a luxury hotel but with penny pinching policies and bad apples in the staff make Ramada and Motel 6 look like places fit for kings.

As far as staff is concerned and telling, the construction will begin in August. The Fénix which was a bar/restaurant lounge was in operation on Monday and being dismantled on Tuesday. I walked by in the morning and it appeared as if the boards were being replaced. At 6:30, the entire front was gone. No noise on the beach side where I was sitting. I'll ask around and see if anybody knows anything more.
