Pros: The rooms are large, very clean, and good location. Comfortable beds and linens. Microwave and fridge in room. Short walking distance to beaches and shopping. The staff was very friendly. Cons: Doesn't look like much from the outside. Water pressure in shower just ok. Wi-fi not very strong. Coffee only, no pastry. When you weigh it all out, I...

Hotel Kinich was clean, cool, and in an unbelievable location. Being within two blocks of Playa Norte and being in the center of all of the shops and restaurants makes your days easy and relaxing. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very large/spacious and included a fridge, functioning AC, and safe. If you are looking for a...

This was our first visit to Isla Mujeres and was for one night. The hotel's location is excellent; a short work from the ferry that arrives from Canucn, the beach and many restaurants and stores. Edwin was particularly helpful with nearby suggestions and watching our things after checkout while we toured before going back to Cancun. Without asking, we were...

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic, however, there are a few things that I'd like to point out. Their WiFi is spotty and at times non-existent. Also, the hotel advertises that they offer continental breakfast. That is NOT true. They offer free coffee and pan dulce (sweet bread). 4 out of the 7 nights that we stayed, they didn't...

What a great find! My husband and I stayed here for one night and it was perfect! Hotel Kinich is very, very clean and conveniently located to north beach, restaurants and shopping! Pretty nice size room with balcony. Excellent for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel Kinich is in a good location. It is just off the main, loud main street with all the restaurants, which means that it is centrally located to everything and not too loud. All the rooms do require a hike up slick tiled, narrow stairs. I had room 6, which was on the third floor. I am an underwater...

As they say, you get what you pay for. Did I expect 5 stars? NO Did I get 5 stars NO. At least they try to keep to their image here. We booked a king bed and received two double beds. Not the end of the world to sleep in separate beds but annoying to not receive what we paid...

This hotel was clean, well-maintained, comfortable and very welcoming. A warm and caring staff. Good firm beds. Excellent location near great restaurants and shops. Short walk to the beach. A block removed from the main drag and from the shopping avenue, so fairly quiet, especially if you keep the balcony doors closed and the AC fan running. Good sound insulation...

Wifi works well. We had huge bed -> quality was good. Great A/C In the breakfast they have coffee, sweet bread, and sometimes one or two kinds of fruits. Didn't have a lot of hot water, and relative to Mexico the restroom didn't function so well.
