Nobody say hallo on our arrive, nobody say good morning in the breakfast room and the breakfast is ridiculous for an hotel that ask so much money.they just are worried about the deposit (200usd) to avoid any damage or stole in the room.the shower was dirty but they ask for tip. The nice view outside the room is completely not...

Having stayed at Privilege Aluxes in 2011, I enjoyed being near Playa Norte and Ave. Hidalgo, and preferred to stay on the north end again for my second trip. Certainly there are great options in the middle and southern end of Isla, but having scootered around the island six years ago, those seemed isolated. You may find yourself calling cabs...

Love this hotel, our favorite location, close to the calm lagoon but the waves right in front of hotel are beautiful. Simple breakfast. Easy to walk anywhere from here. Friendly staff. Good sea glass beach.

I even had the same room as my first visit a year ago. They we painting the entire hotel last week but the workers were excellent to stay out of the guests way. My favourite place to stay on the island, so convenient to all the restaurants and shops.

This hotel is the only place I ever stay when I am on Isla Mujeres. It is not too large, nearly isolated, peaceful, and very personal. The staff (especially Wizer) are always helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The beach here is something that cannot really be described...you just need to experience it. If you want a truly relaxing vacation, I cannot...

The location of this hotel is incredible. The pool area overlooks a small (mostly) private beach that was usually extremely quiet. The swimming isn't good there, as a few people mentioned, due to dangerous currents, etc., but you can lay on the beach and wade in the water, and you're a quick five minute walk either down the road or...

Nice place with private beach (not very good for a swim though) and pool area. Staff was friendly. Very good location - small walk to the Playa Norte and to the main street. Stayed in a garden view room that seems to be in a newer building with separate entrance. Had everything needed - fridge, deposit box and AC. Needed...

I keep coming back here because I fell in love with it and still, I love it. I stay in the rustic rooms. Clean, simple and comfortable. I like being away from the bustle (if you can even call it that) around the pool. No ocean view but the low price and few steps to the pool and ocean front...

The location of this property is within walking distance to North Beach but is far enough away from the noise. The setting is great. It isn't that big so not noisy or too busy. Would definitely recommend this place. It is within walking distance to the avenue and ferry. The staff (especially Wizer) are friendly and helpful. They don't have...

Playa la Media Luna hotel is located on the Northeast corner of the island, on a beautiful beach and a short walk from the restaurants and bars of town. We were there during a very windy time, creating a dramatic view of big, breaking surf. The rooms have great views and each has a porch with hammock. Rooms are comfortable,...
