My husband and I love Nautibeach! We’ve stayed there twice and have rented chairs at Mayan Beach Club multiple times. It’s a hotel with maid service and staff, but the studios and 2bedroom condos are individually owned. It’s in a prime Playa Norte location with an amazing beach and clear water. The hotel has a huge pool with bar/food service from the attached beach club, Mayan. If you’re staying at the hotel, you can use the beach chairs and umbrellas for free. If not staying at hotel, you can rent chairs from Mayan, but cannot use pool and hotel facilities. We’ve only had outstanding service from the hotel staff and Mayan staff. Keep in mind that we’ve been there twice during the pandemic and it’s very quiet, but during peak summer months, Nauti/Mayan/Playa Norte are very busy. It doesn’t bother us, but does get crowded.
As for the rooms, they are very clean and have comfortable beds/pillows. Most condos have full kitchens as well. We like the studios and they have everything but an oven (stovetop only). The room also has a 5 gallon tank of water that is refilled as needed for cooking, drinking, brushing teeth, etc. Also, the a/c split units work so well! We’ve never had an issue with temps.
The property is gated with 24hr security and the reception office is open 8am-8pm for anything you need. They set us up with a golf cart and we were able to exchange US dollars for pesos with them.
You won’t be disappointed staying at Nautibeach. They have a cult following for a reason. Not sure if we’ll stay anywhere else unless we do an all-inclusive.

We loved staying at Nautibeach condos! The location is perfect, easily walkable from the ferry and right on Playa Norte. The staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating and front desk staff acts as a concierge of sorts, assisting with setting up any activities that you may want to partake in while staying on the island. We booked a fishing tour and rented a golf cart through them, very convenient and less expensive than booking in town and both experiences were wonderful. Nautibeach has one of the best swimming pools located on the island for families ( I have been to Isla Mujeres many times and stayed multiple places), located right on the ocean next to the beach. The pool is shallow, but large for Isla. They are also very strict about who they allow to use their pool (wristbands required)and beach chairs which we appreciated.
Our room was very spacious and included a full kitchen with two bedrooms and a living area with balcony. We booked a garden view condo and ended up with a partial view of the ocean which was an unexpected bonus. The restaurant that is connected to the hotel is Mayan Beach Club, very delicious, everything that we ordered during our stay was phenomenal (try the avocado toast for breakfast and the calamari for lunch!)and the staff here was very friendly, too. We traveled with our 11 year old son and he absolutely loved it here, especially the staff.
One thing to note is that there are a lot of families staying here with small children and babies. This trip was with our son, so it was perfect for us, but my husband and I agreed that if we came back alone for a more quiet, romantic experience, we might choose a different place to stay.

The beachfront location can't be beat and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was at the onsite "Mayan Beach Club" restaurant. We were also pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was, staff and other guests/owners. Since all the apartments are individually owned, and many of the guest have been coming for years there was a nice sense of community. When we arrived were greeted by an older American gentleman who showed us where the registration office was and enthusiastically welcomed us to Nautibeach. He explained that he had been coming to Nautibeach for 22 years. Everyone seemed so relaxed and friendly. One indication of this is when people are "at home" in their apartments many leave their front door to the apartment open (screen door closed) which reinforced the sense that we were among friends and it was a safe and welcoming community. The beach was top notch and he staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We spent 5 nights in unit 15 and we couldn’t been happier. The apartment is perfect, clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped, with coffee machine ( and complimentary coffee) , microwave and toaster. The unit was very well cleaned every day. A big water dispenser is provided and exchanged when empty. Beach towels are provided too. The pool is very nice and clean, with plenty of loungers. The beach is really great, it’s reserved only for the condos guests, in the morning a staff member will place loungers and umbrellas where you want. We never had problems finding a great spot. Restaurants and bars are 5 min by foot, and so is Mercado comunal where you can buy fresh fruit . The management was very friendly too. I think this is the perfect place to stay on Isla!

Everything about this place is awesome! Condo was great, location is awesome. Right on Playa Norte which is where you want to be. service and staff were super friendly, and eager to please. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because they were very adamant about polishing and re-sealing the counter tops while we were there. For some reason, they couldn't wait 2 days until we left. My only other complaint is that I booked through VRBO, and communication through VRBO was not good. I messaged them 3 times, and never received a response. Great property though!

We stayed at Nautibeach end of March for 4 nights with our 2 children ages 8 and 9. We came here after spending a week at an All Inclusive south of Cancun. We absolutely loved our stay at Nautibeach and would definitely recommend for familes! We booked direct through Nautibeach and were given a 2 bedroom ocean view room #21 . We all gasped when we first entered the room, the view was incredible of the turquoise ocean and palm trees overlooking the pool. We loved how spacious the condo was. Our only complaint was the bed in the master was extremely soft and neither my husband or I slept well the first night. We ended up giving our kids that bedroom and moved to the second bedroom to the double which was a much more comfortable bed. Perhaps a soft bed is the owner's preference, however for a rental, I think a mattress right in the middle ( not too soft not too firm) would appeal to more guests! We loved the Mayan beach club next door and how they served us right at our beach chairs with delicious food and drinks! We usually strolled down to the beach in the mornings around 10-11 am and never had an issue getting 4 chairs! Our girls made friends with other children and played in the ocean and built sandcastles! We brought pool floaties, shovels and buckets from home but next time we would just buy on the island as they are everywhere for sale! We also found the beach vendors not to be too agressive and looked forward to buying fresh fruit from them for snacks throughout the day! We also purchased souvenirs from the beach vendors and our daughter got her hair braided! Nautibeach has the best location right on the best part of Playa Norte. It is also a very short walk to all the restuarants and shops! There are also a couple of options for massages right on the beach nextdoor for $40/hr. One day Nautibeach aranged a golf cart for our family and we drove around the island and stopped at Garrafon De Castilla to go snorkelling! We will definitely book here again when we return to Isla! Nautibeach Condo is just a great place for a family to stay in Isla Mujeres. We got a great apartment, with lots of space and a great little kitchen that was perfect for our needs.
You are right in the North beach, the best beach of Isla Mujeres and the beach service is included. For the rare days when the North beach is unconfortable because of the wind, you are less than 100 mts from the Center Beach, which is usually sheltered from the wind on those days.
Highly recomended!!!!

This is our second year at Nautibeach and we love just about everything. The staff is amazing, it’s incredibly clean and the location is second to none. You have direct access to the beach and there’s also beautiful gardens where our kids can play and explore safely.
My only complaint is that here on trip advisor it is listed as ‘non-smoking’. While smoking isn’t allowed in the pool area or in the rooms, anyone can smoke on their patio. Both this year and last, we have been right next door to smokers, meaning that I can’t really enjoy early morning patio time in my own room without a cloud of cigarette smoke from next door. It’s a big disappointment for me, as sitting out with my daughter is one of my favorite things. I would love to see Nautibeach become a truly smoke-free hotel, especially since so many families with young kids, like us, stay here.
My only complaint is that here on trip advisor it is listed as ‘non-smoking’. While smoking isn’t allowed in the pool area or in the rooms, anyone can smoke on their patio. We stayed at NautiBeach November 6-9, 2021. Great beachfront location on North Beach area, close to plenty of dining and shopping. This is a great mid-range complex; not luxurious but a great value for the price.
Reception and check in was fast and efficient. Grounds are very well-maintained, pool is nice and never too busy and staff is friendly.
There is a restaurant in front of the condos (not part of the resort) called Mayan Beach Club that has good food and very reasonable prices.
Our unit, 24, was impeccably clean and well appointed. The unit faces the ocean and is above the pool. The decor is island/beach with a lot of bright colors. The living area has lots of books to borrow while you’re there. Beds were firm but comfortable and there is plenty of storage for clothes/suitcases.
The only two downsides are that there is only one tv in the unit and the living area and lanai furniture are not comfortable for lounging. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, it would still have been nice to have a comfortable seating area for lounging in the evening and if you are traveling with another couple or kids you might want a tv in the bedrooms. Overall, Nautibeach is a great place to stay and we’d definitely stay there again.

These condos are located are conveniently located to the ferry, restaurants and clubs, yet it is far enough away that noise was at a minimum. The beach and pool area were very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I don't remember. Was very convienient to beach. Email them. They should give you an answer. Have fun !!
They have chairs, small side tables & umbrellas for the beach. No other equipment is available but there might be more room/activities around the bend, closer to Playa Posada.
There are bathrooms, by the front desk wich is few meter from the beach & pool.
