First time visit and won't be the last! The price attracted me, but the friendly, diligent staff and clean rooms will keep me returning! Staff speaks some English--enough that we were able to communicate. My mattress wasn't the best, but other hotel guests told me that they had firm, excellent beds. I liked the balcony area outside the rooms with... More

This place is clean, comfy, in a great location and great for the budget traveller!!! Despite it's downtown location, I had no trouble sleeping! This is a family run small hotel. It had everything that one needs!

I knew going in what I was getting, for what I paid. That said, I was still just a tad disappointed. We arrived (early) wanted to leave our bags but we were given keys. Room 8 safe didn't work (that's a disappointment being that we choose based on that). Also both rooms were dirty and one occupied by things. So... More

I remember you arrived before noon the hotel, eventhough the check in time is after 3 PM. I just wanted you took the room as soon as possible, but I forgot changing the things the other guest left all packed to other room. Sorry, it was my fault. As soon as you reported the electronic keypad safe was not working,... More

Our room on the 3rd floor had 2 beds, a HOT shower and a refrigerator in our room, and a ceiling fan. Very clean place. Nothing... More

Dear Guest, I will call today the authorities to tell that the bars are exceeding the volumen level and time limit to play music. The maximum velocity that the WiFi supplier gives to the whole Island is 5 MB. Wherever you go to the Island, you will not find a better velocity than that one. Sorry, but this is not... More

Friendly staff; bed was very clean, bathroom less clean and quite old; We moved because it was too hot, with high temperatures and only a fan it felt a bit like a sauna in our ground floor room; safety deposit box present; fridge as well, although not that clean

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Hotel Marcianito on a week-long stay in Isla Mujeres. The hotel was fantastic!
