We love our regular hotel in this area but spotted the Villa Kiin for a pricier option. Worth every penny! Most spectacular view of sunrise I have seen in Isla, beautiful grounds and all around fantastic! We only stayed 2 nights but it is a favorite now and we vacationed on a strict budget

Beatiful location with your own beach on the lagoon. Great snorkling, saw rays and barracudas. The budget rooms are very basic and everytjing inside of it is old. The AC and the fridge might keep you up the whole night.

After many many years of going to this hotel, went again and never disappointed. Isla Mujeres is a small island, and this hotel is located on really the very best beach, but I am getting ahead of myself. The hotel is growing, and there is some construction going on, but it is not at all disruptive. We took our usual...

So I went to Villa Kin and was booked August 6 for a extended stay. When I got there the build was a off white in color but not because of color It was because of dirt. Hey this being technically the off season I could understand. I decided to ask to see the room when rented which was their...

We stayed at this hotel for 13 nights. After reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, I knew that it wasn´t going to be a fancy place, but being steps to the beach was important to us as we were traveling with an 8 month old and a 5 yr old, and didn´t want to have to drag them and all their...

We stayed on the island for a week. The island was just wonderful. The hotel not so much. First we asked for a double bed and when we checked in they said double means 2 people so we got a king bed. We asked for another room and they said they were full. The room next to us with 2...

I am not normally a complainer BUT I have been to this island 4 times over the past year and a half and have choose this hotel 2x's because of the location and beach. I have even stayed in bungalow #4 a year ago. HOWEVER - This time was a complete joke. First of all, I reserved a double bed...

It reminds me on authentic Mexican home with a old furniture and details. Roof is made of cane and windows are archaic so you can hear the waves from sea all the time and feel the wind through the door and window. Sometimes there is no hot wather in the bathroom at the evening. You have safe deposit box in...

Still the same rooms, still the same service, still the same amenities (not many), but oh so very worth it! The rooms are clean and the service more than adequate. The price? Cheap! If you want to go to Isla Mujeres and sit in your room all day or lounge in a pool as opposed to the clear blue waters...

Yes I would stay here again. This little gem is located on the NE corner of the island across the street from the Fenix Beach Club and opposite the MIA Reef hotel. As a result, the property is located right on a nice little cove that is a beautiful oasis for families with small children concerned about swimming, waves and...

The casa Maya hotel in Isla Mujeres was developed by owner señor Jose Lima as a Mayan town with its palm thatched bungalows around a coconut palm garden and 100 yards of beachfront.
