We visited the restaurant for lunch and breakfast numerous times as there was a very friendly, accommodating atmosphere as well as being clean and comfortable. They make very nice pastries, I particularly enjoyed the banana cake, and they had very decent espresso too!

I was so impressed by the hotel that i must write a note. Sarah, at the desk was the most wonderful help to us time and again. She not only taught me how to read the maps of Merida, she called an Uber for us on her personal phone when we could not get a cab. Thank you Sarah!! The...

Have eaten there in the past - mediocre food but interesting architecture and decoration. Attempted to have brunch there yesterday (December 18). Waiter served us coffee then took our order. 30 minutes went by and we noted that the diners who had arrived after us had been served already, and we hadn't. Called the waiter to the table and he...

Great ambiance weather you eat in the tropical courtyard or outside on a Sunday when the street is closed to traffic and full of people riding bicycles or walking their dogs. Great people watching. My friend had the house breakfast platter at 1 pm on a Tuesday with a nontraditional american "I.e. Americano" which was awesome. My other friend had...

Every detail in this quaint boutique hotel is attended to. Service is always available without being in the way of having an enjoyable stay. With monthly business visits to Merida, this hotel has become my "home base." Rooms are very comfortable and always clean as well as fresh. Located at the Remate del Paseo Montejo, this hotel looks as if...

The staff, location, restaurant and aesthetics of the hotel are wonderful. Unfortunately we had some noise problems during our stay but these are, we are quite sure, temporary. One was a room remodel that created noise all day long but did not bother us much as we were away most of every day. The other was a newly opened night...

This is a nice hotel with a great location because is right where Paseo Montejo begins and is very close to downtown too. We had a lot of places walking distance on both sides, and that's great because is difficult to find parking in the city. Even the hotel has its parking lot on a different block, but it was...

Of the three hotels we stayed at in the Merida area, we found this to be the easiest to reach which is important if you are driving a vehicle. Parking was no problem either. The hotel was very clean, nice, room was large with beautiful furniture, feeling more like a guest room in a hacienda than a hotel room. The...

Located at the start of Paseo de Montejo, the prettiest walk in town, it's a great breakfast stop even if you aren't staying at the hotel. Prompt service and very friendly staff in a beautiful elegant restuarant makes it the perfect way to start the day. Very well priced and popular with locals as well as tourists.
