Fantastic hotel. Gorgeous traditional lobby with nice artwork. Walking distance to most popular tourist attractions. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Full services including laundry, restaurant, bar, swimming pool (not heated but warm enough given the heat in Merida). Great value, I had been a bit apprehensive given the low cost of the hotel. Free coffee and chaya lemonade...

The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff have been very helpful. Not many speak English but are very patient with my spanglish. It is located conveniently close to the city center. Breakfast is fine and agree with the "not memorable" part of other reviews. Aracelly is an excellent breakfast waitress!! We are able to get the free wifi in...

We spent one night as the owners of the house we were renting came back early due to visa issues. The hotel has parking, a restaurant and meeting rooms. The front was the original colonial house while the rooms are in high towers built in the back. The desk and lobby is off of the parking lot to the side....

This is a great Hotel, the staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. In particular I would like to thank Pablo on the from desk. I arrived in Merida from Mexico City, however my outbound flight was to Miami was from Cancun. I had tried and tried, even getting Mexican friends to help me book a bus from Merida...

The hotels location is ideal to visit the city centre, since it's only a few hundred meters away. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Even too large! The breakfast buffets is better than average, but not memorable, however the entrance all where the breakfast is served is absolutely stunning. The service from all departments was quick and polite. Overall...

This hotel has lovely common areas and the rooms are quite adequate but they do not have Mexican charm. This is mentioned quite a bit in my reviews because this is important to me and not Disney Mexican but something that satisfies my soul. The rooms are clean with good AC. But the furniture and decoration is right out of...

My friend and I stayed at the Mision Panamericana for 3 nights in early December. The hotel has a gorgeous lobby and courtyard area, and at check-in we were greeted with chaya limonada--a nice Yucatecan welcome! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Pablo. He arranged a trip for us to Celestun to see the flamingos (highly...

I was apprehensive before we arrived because we decided to book a more budget minded hotel. My sister booked for us all and said the photos looked nice. When we pulled up we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted and helped to the front desk and while my husband pulled around to the parking lot. We stayed three nights and...
