I booked two nights here for our Yucatan road trip. The hotel is clean and tidy, the breakfast is very good, the rooms comfortable (and yet twin rooms with small double beds again, not sure what they have against a solitary large bed?). The shower water pressure was low and it leaked a bit, but we didn't care. On the... More

It's a decent hotel if you're looking for something simple. Clean beds, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Located in the middle of Paseo Montejo, so you're near everything. Only downside is that the walls are thin: you can hear everything that goes on in the adjoining rooms. Good value for your money.

Stepped in the hotel for some inquiries and directions. I couldn't believe the atmosphere, it was really stunning. The receptionists were very professional and accommodating. Eventually they offered me a complimentary lift in their airconditioned mini van, even though I was not even one of their guests! That is Yucatán hospitality in full-length. During my next visit to Mérida I... More

It's just 5-8 minute walking distance from ADO Bus Station. However, it's a little bit far from the downtown central. You have to walk at least 15 minutes. The food stall opposite the hotel is just nice. Wifi connection in the room is always unstable.

My wife, myself and 2.5 year old stayed for 3 days. It is located on the main avenue in Merida where there are ample restaurants and centrally located. Check in was seamless with no issues at all. The staff is extremely pleasant and nice and do speak english also. They will accomodate you in anyway they can. Now the room.... More

this hotel is new, clean, equipped with a modern furniture, close to the center, the only problem was only cold water in the bathroom - the hot water did not flow in the sink, nor in the shower . Surprising for a 5star hotel...

Exceptionally well located and well built, this fine hotel was our choice for our stay in Merida. We were very warmly welcomed by a very polite, correct and professional staff. In fact, there was not onloy single time I can remember we were less attended. Believe me these people know how to treat a guest. Our room was, though, a... More

This hotel is located on the main city promenade, which is nice for evening strolls. Close enough to walk into old town, or the hotel offers a free shuttle service. The staff is helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. They also have small refrigerators and coffee pots, as well as a desk. The rooms have... More

It was close to my conference location (Intercontinental hotel near Walmart) as well as the busy "downtown" area so that I enjoyed the conference during the day and fun events at night. So the location worked perfectly for me. And the city itself is very nice and safe to walk around at night. I really enjoyed staying here for a... More

“Under no circumstances stay on the 4th floor as the live band music is deafening and the 1st floor is too close to the bar noise. Unless you might enjoy hearing karaoke music into the wee hours of the morning. We eventually ended up in room 215, which is probably the best compromise.”
