I stayed here for 4 nights. It is a really good location. The staff was very friendly and nice. Didn't use the pool, so no comments on that. The best thing about the note is the location. Inside, it is a little outdated and has frayed linen and towels which look old. However, it is good value for money. The...

Having decided to move hotels - we asked the Tourist Board for recommendations, that were relatively near the city centre for 3 nights. The TB came up 3 names together with the cost for B&B, but only 2 were available on the required days & the first one we inspected was this hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful/ friendly &...

Our room (307) was nice, facing the pool area, clean and with king size bed. A/C worked but we were comfortable just opening the windows at night (in March). We really enjoyed the breakfast each day with fresh fruits, eggs, usually breakfast meats and cereal, etc. Something to be mindful of: although the hotel's website says breakfast is free, we...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very quaint & small. Our room was on the 2nd floor right in front of the pool. The small pool area was very relaxing & quiet. The hotel staff was very accomadating & got us anything we ask for. We ask for ice every afternoon & they would bring it to...

The room was clean. The breakfast has variety and was very good. The bathroom fixtures should be updated. The pool area was pleasant and relaxing. The staff was accommodating. The hotel had been a hacienda and offered ambiance of the period. Very good value! We would certainly consider staying there again.

I really enjoyed my stay here for 10 relaxing nights. The staff was amazing, my room was clean, and the king sized bed was great for a good nights rest. It was nice to have the minibar in the room to keep drinks cold. Sta Lucia park just out the front door, great location.

This is an old, large home built into a hotel. The staff was always there to help with anything 24 hours to include the kitchen staff that was there to hand out coffee, etc at night. Our room was in front of the peaceful flowing fountain, and next to the spotless pool, no spa or gym. There is enough opportunity...

The Sta. Lucia area is becoming one of THE places to be in Merida, with the completion of the improvements to its namesake plaza. It's always been convenient to the various attractions and restaurants of the city. The hotel is right there and, compared to reviews from several months back, it is doing updates to position it better in a...

Stayed here in September to see Merida and use as a base for exploring. Four nights. I would stay here again but if you're picky probably best leave it. The location is fantastic being a block away from the main squares & cathedrals, plenty bars/restaurants, and having a small plaza opposite which boasts live jazz and great Mexican bands at...

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel when we visited Merida. The location is really good, and it was very good for us that they had a parking lot were we could keep our rental car. The room was ok, perhaps not the most newly renovated, a little sparse perhaps, but it seemed clean and the beds were good. We...
