Such a great find in Merida - it really is a peaceful oasis away from the city. The staff were cheerful and helpful and made our stay special. The pool area really does look as beautiful as the photos. It was very quiet when we were there and a perfect place to relax. Breakfast was delicious - either continental and...

Hacienda Mérida was the best hotel here in Mexico where I have been to. The service is amazing, the rooms are amazing, the huge pool is amazing, the people who work there are really nice. This is a place that I would highly recommend for travelers. Overall I would give it a 9.7/10!

Room small but well presented and had everything we needed. Some rooms are up stairs. Beautiful pool which we didn't use but looked lovely. We had breakfast overlooking it. Breakfast was fine but staff were a bit overwhelmed at times if everyone turned up at once. Several blocks from the main square - about 10-15 minutes walk. Neighbourhood seemed good...

The best about this small hotel is jose at the reception who will do everything possible to please you. Great potential for this hotel to be really great however needs updating. The street it is on , is 2 dreary blocks away from a beautiful square. Maybe if the price was not as high for the small room ( overlooking...

After a long hot day visiting the ruins it I'd do nice to come and relax at this hotel. The front desk is at your beck and call for...

We stayed here for 2 nights in February in a ground floor room overlooking the pool. Despite the road outside, the hotel is an oasis of calm and quiet. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, especially Albert, and able to offer plenty of tips and advice when asked. The room was a good size as was the well-appointed...

We think that previous reviews under rated this accommodation. A peaceful , tranquil location , near to he city centre and a host of excellent eating establishments. Although in city centre still ideally suited for day trips out of town , or if you wish to do nothing the swimming pool for a day is ideal.

We spent 2nights here just before Xmas 2016. This is a boutique hotel, located within easy walking distance of the main square and many shops and good restaurants. The view of this place from the street belies the charming setting in which this hotel is located. Behind those doors is a tranquil haven. The setting at night demands photos be...

This was a last minute booking for one night. When we arrived the next day we were upgraded to the VIP section which was very nice. The VIP area had a separate entrance than the main hotel. The reception area was spacious with views thru the arches to the courtyard and pool. Our room had high ceilings and all the...
