Location, location, location of this boutique hotel is the best if you want to be near center of town. Very short walk to great restaurants and just a few more blocks to the central area. Our first day started on a Sunday so we explored the market at Plaza Grande, the main plaza. Later there was free and superb entertainment....

After the wedding, my wife and I went on honeymoon to Mexicо. Our stay in this hotel was unforgettable. I wanted to make a surprise to my wife and asked the staff to decorate our room with rose petals and prepare a bath full of champagne with candles. My wife was excited! Thanks for the staff for truly high quality...

We stayed in this hotel about five years ago and then over New Year 2017. Our first stay was so good we were very happy to come back again. The people who work in the hotel are very friendly and always looking to help. They all did a good job, but let me single out Alberto and Carlos. We stayed...

This hotel has the most favorable prices among the four-star hotels in the town. And the quality of services and conditions are the same as in five-star hotels, while some aspects - for example location in the center city, are even more advantageous. They pay much attention to details. The staff is polite and friendly, for example they helped us...

The cuisine is excellent and interiors are simply stunning both in the hotel and in the restaurant. We had an impression of living in a museum, not in the hotel. We enjoyed the bedroom, snow white linen, cozy pillows, great breakfast. They changed towels every day and cleaned rooms well. The atmosphere was quite and pleasant!

We spent 3 days in Merida with our 3 kids and staying at the Hacienda Merida turned to be a great option. - near everything in the center, - very relaxing hotel, few rooms, - service amazingly sympathetic, available and efficient, - breakfast very good at an affordable price. 5 stars and highly recommended !

We loved our stay here! This boutique hotel has cosy rooms and a lovely pool to relax at the end of the day, when you're coming back from one of your trips to chichen itza, uxmal or celestun. The service is unique, Albert and José work very hard to fulfil your needs, are very friendly and give good advice. Oh...

My entire family stayed at Hotel Hacienda while visiting Merida and it is an excellent hotel. From the moment we stepped in until our last minute there the staff were friendly and bent over backwards to serve and help us. They truly were amazing and we enjoyed our interactions with them all. The breakfasts were large, delicious and served on...

The staff here are so lovely- unfailingly polite. Breakfast here was lovely- filter coffee but good and fantastic freshly cooked croissants or traditional Mexican fare. You can walk to all the major attractions in Merida too. It's Bessie two great local bars with live music too- La Negrita & Pipiripau! Last one did great value fresh margaritas on the rocks....
