Not so luxurious hotel at only 50m of the quinta avenida. No tv, no parking, very loud airco but clean, great free coffee in the morning, no further recommendations. Good price if you only want to sleep.

What a great hotel. Luis (front desk guy) was SO nice, and so helpful. And the staff in general were all very mannerly. The room is clean, but don't expect a luxury suite. They provide huge plush beach towels also. The air conditioner in the room was a blessing. Right on the beach, and bathrooms and a shower are also...

TripAdvisor friends, We stayed in room 109 for 7 days, starting May 26th. Getting to the hotel can be a little bit tricky, because its location is in the middle of the block. So, you have to come from the 8th street, on the south side of it. You'll see a sign for Pelicano Inn and the entrance into a...

The location is great, at the beach and in the center of Playa del Carmen.A nice garden in the hotels backyard. We were there during the BPM-festival and it was horrible. That`s not the hotels fault, but I recommend everyone who`s going in january to stay away from this hotel during that festival. The bar next to the hotels restaurant...

This hotel should not exist anymore. When you book a hotel room and get there you will have a room which smells mold. It was built about 50 years ago. They still charge their guests hotel prices when they should be called as hostel. On the beach the employees don't help your get a parasol. Instead of having vacation you...

I stayed at the Pelicano for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. For a hotel directly on the beach the price is crazy good, I couldn't believe my luck to get a room there! Check in was fast, the girl working the front desk was so nice. You get a beach towel card and a lock and key for the...

Honey Moon room is the best room you can rent here, with beautiful view on the ocean, from a large terrace with long chairs and jacuzzi. Inside, the room is pretty large, with a large bathroom. The hotel started to be renovate, if the process will continue I am pretty sure it will be one of the best place cu...

The hotel is located inbetween the beach and the Quinta Avenida, with direct access to the beach. The room prices are really fair, so I would recommend staying in the hotel. My only complaints are that the hotel seemed to be understaffed and they are paranoid with the towels. We stayed for 4 days and the only day when we...

We were spending just one night in Playa after Luke Bryan's Crash My Playa event in Puerto Aventuras and were pleasantly surprised with this little gem. I've only stayed at all inclusives up until now and this experience has definitely opened my eyes to what else is available. Our time was very short so the experience is limited, but the...
