Casa Melissa has no restaurant neither any breakfast and that is clear when booking so no judgment on that. The rooms are ok for a family 2+2 and we got a nice balcony with a nice view towards Cozumel. The staff is very service minded and the cleaning is very good. The rooms are well equipped with bott cofe machine...

If you are a first time traveler, or you want to stay somewhere local and don't know where to go, look no further! This was my first trip to Playa del Carmen, and I wanted to see more than just a resort. First of all, this hotel's location couldn't be better. Walk outside and to the left is the beach...

The room is nice. Location is excellent if you want to get a good sleep and still be 3 blocks away from the night life! The beach is a few meters away so that's another plus! The swimming pool is really small, it looks so much bigger in the pictures but it was enough for me, my husband and our...

Overall a relaxing stay at casa melissa for 5 nights. Major pluses for the property include proximity to Ado bus station (literally about 10 feet away so great if you have luggage); proximity to the beach & live music beach bar Wah Wah about 12 feels away and steps also to the Cozumel ferry and park fundadores. We had some...

It's a beautiful place stay in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Walking distance from the bus and ferry terminals. It's also very quiet considering it's right at the plaza! The staff are very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful time here! Perfect location on the beach and right in the heart of all the activity on 5th Avenue. Also just a few feet away from the ferry to Cozumel! Rooms were nice and clean. Only thing keeping me from giving it a perfect score is the lack of water pressure in the shower, but that...

We stayed for 8 nights, the hotel has a good location on the square, a short walk from the beach. We had a third floor junior suite which was comfortable and nicely decorated, the room had hot powerful hot water, which cannot be guaranteed in playa. Staff were great especially Lillya on the reception who help us when we had...

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Across the street there is a free show in the park. If you plan on zleeping early bring ear plugs . They play drums and flutes all night. Beaches are beautiful. And it is very close to the ado bus station which makes it very easy to explore the yucatan.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Rates are fair, and the hotel is modern good front desk service and a nice pool area. The location itself is about 50 steps from the beach and across the street from the main square and 5ta Avenida. Overall i think this is a gem in Playa

The hotel was very clean for the most part. The sheets were a little dirty. The TV did not work, but I didn't need it so that didn't matter to me. Its a nice place for the price, I wouldnt recommend it for more than a night or two. Close to the bus station and the ferry terminal - which...
