The staff were excellent and overall the resort was very good value. The only real problem was the seagulls. All though charming at first; watching them doing their business in the pool and on the customers was unpleasant. Instructing the guests not to leave food unattended would help. I have seen other resorts use hawks to chase them away with...

The good Location was great. On beach, next to vacant beach area for walking & close to 5thd Ave. Staff were great. Average First room they gave use was terrible, but they changed us to a better room which was more of a expected quality. Bad Food had minimal selection, often the same offering, sometimes cold. Why not have s...

Pool, beach GREAT. Location to 5th Ave -AWESOME. Rescorts food mediocre, disappointed. They need help in their restaurants. Excludes hibachi, that was great. Would stay again however. Location, location, location.

Pool area is amazing! For a hotel with lots of people the buffet is of great quality and it's so clean! Beautiful ocean view - sad that there are so many motorboats occupying the view right in front of the hotel. If you walk to the left of the hotel on the beach you can literally walk nonstop for hours!...

False advertising puts it mildly. Spent my honeymoon here and I was shorted for every accomidation that I paid for. From the ocean view room to no one picking us up for excursion. Food was mediocre at best and service the same. Management does nothing to try to satisfy customer. We would have left day one but were informed that...

Have stayed here multiple times ans just keeps getting better. Love the staff, Victor and Milton are the best! Clean, good food and drinks. The new Samarai Japenese restaurant is great. Nice beach with fishing boats to give it an old Mexico feel. Close to 5th Ave shopping. We did miss the Mexican dinner they used to have in the...

The good... Very nice smaller resort, friendly staff, clean, buffet is fair. Very close to town, shopping and great restaurants! Very Big PLUS The bad... Needs to be updated. Poor water pressure, warmish showers, inconsistent room temperature or working A/C, inconsistent waiting staff, very long waits at the "specialty restaurants". The ugly... Be very careful of the "Beach Club" next...

A smaller resort - main grounds, lobby and pools are clean and well-kept. The rooms leave much to be desired. They appear dated and worn. Most rooms offer 2 double beds, limited king-sized available. One of our parties had issues with plumbing and the water pressure was typically low. Our room was on the north side and during the night...

This is a small friendly resort with a short walk to the beach...quite a small roped off area to swim with boats on the other side...easy to walk along the beach either way...also could walk to 5th ave. to shops, coffee & restaurants very easily which we did daily as there was a charge for wifi. ($49 per week)...I was...
