We had a great experience at the Coco Rio (our 11th year staying there)! The hotel is small, clean, attractive, and, for the most part, quiet. The staff is outstanding. Juan Carlos responds promptly to requests for info or reservations. His English is excellent and he is always pleasant and helpful. Angel is friendly and equally helpful. We look forward...

Small hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed there for 9nights and we were looking for adventures activities todo and the guy up front in the reception helped us out with all of our activities. His name is Angel. Because of him we went to Chichen Itza to see the temples and more stuff. Then, he reserved us a space to...

Situated in the heart of Carmen, this hotel gives you the money's worth. If you only stay a couple of nights and don't require a swimming pool it's a great choice. It is nice, clean, fresh and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and could definitely go back here next time we visit Carmen.

The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly, cable TV in room and internet. I Just didn't give the excellent rate because the second time i stayed here, they put me in the room right next to the reception where i could here the music from there and it has no ventilator. So keep away from this room if you...

Best beach restaurant combo location in my honest opinion. Ferry and bus terminal a short walk away as well. Far enough from hussle and bussle for peace and quiet yet always close enough to have fun. So many sophisticated culinary experiences to be had. All at your reach in a short walk.

The location was excellent, the rooms are very small and because of the many plants there were lots of mosquitoes that ate us. We did not eat there, so we have no idea how the food. A nice place for young people that want only come to sleep at night.

This small quiet hotel is right off 5th Ave on 26th Street! Clean, close to 5th; 4 walking blocks to main beach so go left to 28th and then down and there's the beach! Angel was delightful and helpful at the main desk. His English is very good so for those of us who don't have great Spanish, he's a...

Liked the location of the hotel but it turned out the hotel next door Luna Blue has live music, and to is pretty close to the bars on 5th ave. The room was spacious with king size bed and dressers and closet. It also had a nice TV. The room had a balcony with a big tree in front of...

Thank’s to Trip Advisor that allow us to replay this comment. We are working very hard trying to keep our guests happy in a pleasant place to stay for their holydays; next to us there is a hotel that every Tuesday and Friday entertain his guest with live music from 8:00pm to 11:00pm, and most of the people like it....

We booked this hotel last minute as we decided to extend our stay in Playa by a night and needed something cheap enough. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this place actually is once you get in. The courtyard area and layout is very cute, with plants and flowers and a water fountain. There are a few seating areas...
