From the beginning this place was a disaster. Firstly being told we could park for 100 pesos a day (when you can literally park on the street half a block away for free). Then to check in and be told during our 3 night stay...More

We loved the location of this hotel. On the beach strip and not too far from town. This is also on the best beach in the area. We would drink beer with a beautiful view of the beach nightly. We also got to see baby...More

We used "Cancun Airport Transportions" as a private shuttle from the airport in Cancun to our hotel in Tulum. They worked out great - very prompt, friendly service and nice vans. The ride is about 1.5 to 2 hours and I think they charged about $150 for a private shuttle if I remember correctly but I can't remember if that was one way or roundtrip - I think it may have been roundtrip. I believe you can opt for a shared shuttle and spend a little less.
