Quiet and save place in Tulum Pueblo. Close to many restaurants and bus station to the beach. People were friendly and helpful. We had a fridge and a kitchen. They also serve small things for breakfast to start the day with a coffee, toast and fruit.

I really felt like the owner and staff of this hotel went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. They were always friendly and helpful. There is an upstairs area to sit which I also enjoyed very much. Yes, the breakfast could have been better but it did the trick so not complaining. Nice layout...

Hotel is fine, nothing more - you get what you pay for. Beds are comfortable, there is AC, our fridge wasn't working but we were told that when we took the room. Staff was helpful and explained how to get to the bus stop etc.

It's a really nice place. The owner Guido is very nice. He gave me a number of tips for day trips. I saw the ruins, a went cave snorkeling in a cenote, saw turtles snorkeling and a reef, went body surfing. He's there a lot and puts a lot of care into his hotel. His staff are very friendly. I...

I would say this hotel was overpriced for what it offered. I am giving it an average rating as I specifically chose this hotel as it advertised breakfast as being included. Be warned, this is not the case. What is offered is free coffee, a small packet of biscuits and a piece of fruit if you are lucky. This is...

For starters the room is spacious and the kitchen really well equipped. The ac works wonders after a long and hot day. Additionally everybody is super nice and help full. Especially the owner Guido is a gem of a person. He gave us a lot of information so we got to see a lot of amazing places tourists usually don't...

We were backpacking around Yucatan with our two little kids (5 y.o and 2 y.o). Had a room with 2 separate rooms and a kitchen. Unfortunately, the A/C was only in one room - the other one had only a fan and it was rather hot. We used kitchen quite a lot to prepare simple meals for the kids. The...

We had been to Tulum before so knew that we wanted to stay somewhere central. Parking our rental car was ok outside the hotel. The room itself had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen area a lot to prepare breakfast and snacks. Wifi was free and was ok. The only downside was a neighbour...

Small, and off the main drag in Tulum Pueblo, this little hotel is perfect for that one or two nights in town. Basic amenities, but for the price, it cannot be beat. Cold A/C, mini fridge, full kitchen, and the feel of a small apt for a fraction of the cost you pay on the beach. Beds were comfy, shower...

The hotel is close to the shops, restaurants, beach, and entertainment. The room was clean and neat with a small stove and fridge which was very accommodating for a family of 5. By the way, 5 is considered a big family since most hotels are built for a maximum of 4 and extra charges apply for the additional person. The...
