We had a great stay at this hotel. If you're not staying at one of the beachside resorts, this is a great budget option. The location was ideal, on the main drag of town, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. There are free bikes at the property, which we used to get around...

Stayed only two nights at itours. Good size bed, OK wifi and hot showers. It's a main destination for tours so super busy in the morning but room was insulated well enough we couldn't hear anything. Decent for the price...

Positives: Great decoration of rooms, wonderful and helpful staff, strategic location to visit many places, supermarket in front of the hotel, free wi-fi and free parking. Negatives: Noise - there is a big crossroad close to the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, and best of all, free bicycle hire. Good complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and all round good ambiance. The price is perfect for what you get. The guys who work there are happy to help with everything, whether it is directions or advice or restaurant recommendations. They speak great English. The wifi is quite poor but it's...

This hotel is certainly not fancy, but exceeded all of our expectations for location, comfort, staff, and cleanliness. We arrived by Collectivo from an All-Inclusive in Akumal, and the hotel was located at the first intersection in Tulum. The hotel provided free bicycles which was very handy as the Tulum ruins were about 3.5 km towards the ocean, Gran Cenote...

iTour is a unique experience and I'm afraid my review will not do it justice. You can tell on entering the property this isn't the usual hotel. They a pretty crazy sense of whimsy and humor. The artwork done by one of the owners is hilarious and makes you scour the place looking for the next bit of hidden fun....

My two friends and I stayed at iTour for a week in August. After just a few days in Tulum the hotel really started to feel like home! The staff are among the friendliest and most helpful people we encountered in Tulum. As soon as we arrived the front desk attendant spent a good 10 minutes thoroughly going over the...
