The hotel is quite unique as is set in a mini jungle 10-15 minutes walk from the Main Street in Tulum. The cabana room was nice, clean and spacious. It has what looked like a nice pool but the restaurant and bar appeared to be closed which was a shame. The only negatives were that the wooden shutters didn't close...

The place is nice and clean, but is not as "glamorous" as it looks on the pictures. Bathrooms were a bit untidy. Also, would think twice on asking for the laundry service. Still, the place is cute and cozy and it has a cool bed so is not a bad choice for a warm holiday.

My wife and i are now in the hotel. It's a very beautiful place, the service was good till this moment. It's our first night at the hotel and there is a party in the bar, which is just in front of this room. Is 4:20 in the morning, i called the reception because of people singing and yealing, i...

I stayed here for three nights travelling alone, paid $700MXN for the room with AC. It is not in the heart of Tulum as the blurb suggests, it's right at the edge of town, the furthest place away from the beach. Fine if you have a car or don't mind cycling 7k. The guys running it are friendly but the...

I was a little concerned about several reviews that I had read on the hotel but I am aware that there is a new owner of Green Tulum who has made some fantastic changes to the hotel. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and had a romantic vibe to them. The pool was heavenly and it was such a delight to...

stumbled on this location. What a find! Couldn't have asked for a better location. The rooms were very comfortable. The entire property is lush with palms and flora. Great pool. Nice size. Staff r very accommodating. They have a chef that is amazing. His food was terrific. Asked for fresh red snapper, and he came up with it. Everything here...

My wife and I are a middle aged couple. We happened on this location by accident in the height of high season just around new years. First off, the property is on the edge of town so it is a little removed from the main downtown core. Not so much of a walk. However ' your ten minute adventure to...

The unattractive approach down a rough track should not put you off, this is a great find! Traditionally built wood and thatch cabanas hide in an immaculately maintained tropical garden around a good sized pool with loungers . Each one has a sitting area with tables chairs and a hammock. Bedrooms are charming with 4 poster beds surrounded by pretty...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Born from the green of its surroundings and the authenticity of its structures. Green- Tulum Cabanas& Gardens, in the heart of Tulum, the last virgin stretch in the Riviera Maya. The hotel has 13 artisan cabanas with two floors, a total of 26 rooms. The surroundings are unbeatable, a natural paradise of flora and fauna, with secret nooks were one can devour a book, chat by candle light or simply close your eyes....and feel the Mayan magnetism.
