We were there 5 nights and we had a nice time there! The owner and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They ordered taxi for us every day, made breakfast, and was also helpful with other things like delivering clothes to laundry. They cleaned rooms and changed towels every day. The hotel area are beautiful with green plants...

The cabanas are comfortable but be warned, they are two-story and there is rather little privacy between the two rooms. An nice place, relaxing, but not very will situated. Too far to walk to the beach and even though we love to walk, we drove rather than walked into town ( a few hundred yards) because the dark road didn't...

Spent 2 nights at the Green Tulum with my husband, after spending a week in Cozumel. We truly enjoyed the hotel, the bungalows were very charming and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Green Tulum is, as previous visitors stated, a lovely, relaxing place. As they said, it's sort of hard to find but, you just have to think that, if you are coming from the north (Cancun or Playa del Carmen) it is at the south end of Tulum town, just past the last "gasolinera" or service station. Lazaro, the manager, is...

We have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice and it is just a wonderful experience that should not be missed! The hotel itself is set in thick, luxurious tropical gardens that are immacualtely maintained. It gives you the feeling of camping in a jungle setting. The beds are soft and comfortable, far more comfortable than any other...

Like prior reviews, expect to get lost on the way and call the front desk for further directions. The gentleman who runs the establishment (Lazaro) really goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and feel at home, along with a selection of cervezas and food in the morning. The Good: It's a beautiful establishment with very...

Little nice oasis in Tulum town with basic but nice bungalow's and a nice pool. Breakfast is very basic and is the only thing that needs improvement. They rent out bikes for easy access to the beach.

This is a really good place to stay and can't be beat for the value if you keep 3 important things in mind: 1) This hotel is NOT ON THE BEACH. If you don't research and understand this, you will be disappointed. 2) This hotel is NOT IN DOWNTOWN TULUM it is just south of town. We walked into town....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Born from the green of its surroundings and the authenticity of its structures. Green- Tulum Cabanas& Gardens, in the heart of Tulum, the last virgin stretch in the Riviera Maya. The hotel has 13 artisan cabanas with two floors, a total of 26 rooms. The surroundings are unbeatable, a natural paradise of flora and fauna, with secret nooks were one can devour a book, chat by candle light or simply close your eyes....and feel the Mayan magnetism. The swimming pool makes the hot sunny days a desired element, in order to dive into the cool water, take a "siesta" in one of the sun beds and ask for a cocktail at dusk. ... more   less
