Pricing: $65 for small cabana with shared bathroom $120 for two beds with private bathroom (no hot water so turned out to be pretty pointless) One outlet so even at night can't charge much of anything wifi doesn't really work even near restaurant Can't see the beach from cabanas and they get no light because each only has one small...

I loved this place. What an experience! I liked the rustic atmosphere-it lent itself to a relaxed down home feel and I felt like the staff were close friends by the end of my stay. I will certainly be back-hopefully, sooner that later.

We had 3 nights, which was absolutely great but also enough :) The small cabins are not luxury, but if you don't need luxury and just want to be located near the beautiful beach, surrounded by pure, white sand and 10 minutes walk from the ruins, then it's an excellent choice. We had our own bath and toilet, and our...

We did not stay at this hotel, but even if you are not staying you can rent beachside chairs and dine here. Powder soft sand and peaceful atmosphere. Right next to the ruins you can see them from this spot!!

This place won't be for everyone but is TOTALLY is for me! There are also upscale rooms here but the location is perfect on the beach - you can see Tulum ruins sitting on the cliff from here. Excellent courteous service at the bar and restaurant, good affordable food. Comfortable lounge chairs and beautiful setting with palm trees and aqua...

We spent three nights at Zazil Kin. We had a great time and it made our trip to Tulum. Firstly the staff were amazing, particularly Crystal on the front desk and Rodrigo in the bar. We were made to feel very welcome and had a great time getting to know the crew. They were able to give us some local...

We've used this as a beach club rather than stay in the cabanas. Sum loungers are tented for the day for 100 pesos each which includes a drink. Most are either under a palm tree or a parasol. Waiters will come and get drink or food orders but tend not to come along every 5 minutes - better to wave...

This is a beautiful beach location in the middle of Tulum. The cabanas are OK but you are paying for location. They have a nice outdoor bar day and night, which is better than staying in the cabana. This is roughing it.

I am a solo female traveler and was initially apprehensive about security. Within a day, I felt perfectly at home, all the staff knew me and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly which made me feel safe as well as making sure I had a great time. The cabanas definitely vary, with some having older mattresses...

Simplicity at it's best. We had a rustic cabaña with a fan. Everything was alright. I would definitely stay again for the price. Bathroom was a short walking distance from our hut and the beach was a 2 second walk. We had electricity from 7pm to 7am which is fine, we did not go there to sit in our hotel...
