Don`t expect a smile from the ignorant receptionist... a young guy who barely speaks english. This was a disaster as the A/C (30 degrees at night) did not work and we decided to leave the place. We had booked for 2 nights and the guy refused to pay me back for both nights... only for one night even when did...

We (my daughter and I) wanted to stay in Tulum for five days (then a few days more in Punta Allen). We rented a car and wanted a good home base to explore many of the ruins and towns of the region. Great price! Uolis Nah Hotel Villas was perfect. The room had a small kitchen with fridge (the freezer...

We loved the warm welcome and treehouse-like balconies with hammocks upstairs. It was nice to have a small kitchen for when we didn't want to eat out. Tulum is a great vacation town - big enough to have lots to do, yet small enough to get around easily by bike, on foot, or taxi. There were tons of great restaurants....

Excellent personal service saves this somewhat tired establishment form mediocrity. The buildings are traditional and quite interesting, but some things just shouldn't be like they are. For example, there is no glass in the wooden shuttered windows - so if you can't have the A/C on and daylight at the same time. The spiral stairs are steep and lacking hand...

Nothing elaborate here, but I think that's what makes Tulum so charming. We had all the basic comforts, and we were close to everything. Breakfast was great. Pool was nice and always available. Only six rooms in the hotel, so little risk of crowdedness or noise. The best part was the super friendly and helpful staff. You know you're in...

Our own little apartment....and it was lovely. Our own kitchen and even balcony with a hammock over looking the pool. The pool was open all day and night which was fantastic for the warm evenings to relax. Breakfast every morning of fresh fruit, bread, cheese and ham and coffee. Plenty to do in the area. A lovely place to stay...

It is unclear on the website, but only some rooms have AC, I'm guessing it was the 2nd story rooms because our 1st story only had a high powered fan. Ended up not being a huge issue and our stay was nice. The staff was really nice and there was complimentary breakfast. It is also a short walk from the...

Nice hotel, great pool and facilities. It's a good walk from main part of town but doable. Traffic noise in the middle of night can be off putting. Bad smells from bathroom. Air con is too small for room size.

My wife and I stayed for 11 days and really enjoyed our time there. Enrico and Irma were very friendly and helped with all of our needs. We stayed in an upstairs unit which minimized road noise and had air conditioning. The complimentary bikes are a definite plus. We used the bikes to visit the Tulum ruins and were able...

Although this hotel exceeded our expectations, it was only because the reviews were a bit harsh. For the cost, it was not good value, as I have come to expect in Mexico. There was an unpleasant smell in the room on arrival - apparently from the water and not exclusive to this hotel. The room was clean and we had...
