No real reason given but one night into 3 nights were told we had to leave. Packed up and were refunded 2 nights cash. Poor Staff. There were even removing old deck chairs etc. One of our most weird experiences ever. Staff we fantastic but stressed 🙁

This hotel is perfectly located in the best beach of Tulum. The staff are super friendly and really nice, the food is delicious, the beach is AMAZING and although the rooms are simple - they are prefect. Loved relaxing on our hammock been amazed at the color of the water. Highly recommended but save up - its expensive!

OVERALL very pleasant STAY. Clean rooms. Beach chairs and umbrella included. Restaurant is good, although they open at 8:00AM, a bit late for someone who likes coffee, next time, I will bring my own electric coffee maker...but, if you rent a car, coffee is available 7-10 minute drive. A walk away from the ruins.

A quiet, low key slice of paradise for those who really want to rejuvenate themselves in peaceful soft breezes, sounds of the sea and the birds, and a beach that felt like a giant salt water swimming pool. The front desk staff, especially Sofia and Aldo, were like private concierge to help set up any adventures that I might want...

The sandy lobby kind of sets the tone, and from there, it's all about being steps from the water. Good food, friendly staff, beautiful beach. Definitely recommend the air conditioned beachfront villas...worth it for space, privacy and non-stop views.

From the moment you arrive at the sandy reception desk to the moment you leave you'll wonder why you even packed your sandals in your luggage! These bungalows are located a short taxi ride (70 pesos) from central Tulum on a gorgeous fine white sand beach that is both clean and large. And while the rooms are rustic, the beds,...

This is a very unique location and is a quaint spot with sand from check in to the beach and leading up to your bungalow. I brought flip flops and a back pack and I couldn't have been happier. The on the beach service from George and the rest of the Staff during the Day and Early Evening was unrivaled...

Lovely place on the Tulum coast. All a little bare of course, there is no pretence at the place not being rustic. But rooms are nicely cleaned every day and we had no problem with water or anything. Only minor gripe is the evening menu. An Italian restaurant but only with "average" food. After a week there I really didn't...

I have never written a negative review of the sort I am about to unleash. We booked this hotel in January through booking.com. About 2 days later we received a call from American Express asking if we had made a purchase in Mexico of about $1000 in something like office depot. The answer to that question was "no", and this...

Was good, not fancy, but comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. We did not have a beach view, but a nice balcony and hammock that caught the breeze. No A/C in our room but we were okay sleeping with only the screen doors closed. But, our room was at one end of the resort, and we we had to...
