We ended up here due to plumbing problems at the funky cabana place we had reserved and had a wonderful time. Manuel at the front desk gave us a tour when we arrived as we were a bit bewildered; we saw him everyday and each time he was wonderfully friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was warm too....

I will never stay at this resort again. I'm currently staying here and thank God we only have one more day left. We arrived to chaos on December 30th in the lobby. Apparently the resort had just changed ownership, it's now called Kore instead of Zenserenity. The general manger, Julio helped us check in and at first attempted to not...

Do not listen to any review that tells you about any positive experience at Zenserenity. My wife and I booked three days at the "resort" and felt compelled to leave after one night. The lowlights: Food. The food here is inedible. Not simply "bad", but unable to be consumed by humans (and most animals). My wife ordered fettucine alfredo for...

Spent A few days with my husband. Relaxing place, smiling staff that makes you feel comfortable.good food and very attentive service. I also liked the idea of not having WiFi everywhere but only in one room. That gives you the chance to really enjoy your time! I would go back!

We stayed her for two nights, Dec 14-15. Our room was large, quiet, clean and a 30 second walk to an amazing spot over the ocean. No beach here, but the cabanas and lounge chairs are placed nicely on the landscape over the ocean. Beautiful spots for meditation if you're into that. The pool is beautiful with plenty of chairs....

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The grounds, pool, and setting are gorgeous. The room was spacious, very clean and had a nice outdoor jacuzzi. The twice daily yoga classes were great. One additional thing that really made this place great were the staff. Super friendly, always available and very personal. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet and beautiful...

Zenserenity lives up to its name. If you are looking for a classy small resort to relax and unwind, this is the place for you. It's all inclusive but nothing like those boozy resorts with drunks, buffets and kids cannonballing in the pool. This is an adults' only, beautifully landscaped resort with large luxurious rooms set on a gorgeous rocky...

We stayed at Zenserenity this Dec 1-8 for our honeymoon, and it was amazing! We used a separate travel service to get there from the Cancun Airport (Best Day Travel, booked through Travelocity - only cost $128 for roundtrip service in an air conditioned van. Much better deal than a taxi, as the ride is 1.5 hrs). Resort service was...

location and site amazing. Room very Nice. A little more light should be put in the "sea side area" to enjoy more. Staff very polite and Nice, but not enough staff. Food good and différent from usual resort. Coffee place should be improved as not well organized ( no coffee left on the two mornings we went... ). But very...
