This little hotel is perfect for a stay in downtown Tulum. Cheap and clean, with little touches you would expect from a boutique hotel. The staff is lovely, especially the young guy (forgot his name, but I'm sure he will recognise himself). Possibility to rent bikes too. Only minus: can be very noisy at night

Rooms are really nice and clean. Location is good, close to the bus station, if you want to be downtown. However, it's a bit far away from the beach (a taxi ride costs about US$6). The owner is really nice and gives you all the information you need to move around town and visit the main attractions. Only negative is...

Was here with the wife and toddler for a wedding down at one of the cabanas. Instead of paying 300 a night to stay on the beach without air-con, we stayed at this little gem for 300 total (6 nights) and had all the benefits of being in town with great places to eat and walk to. In town, but...

Hotel Latino is a wonderfull place. Very underrated considering what you actully get for the price. My girlfriend and I ended up staying 9 nights and absolutely loved it. It is a small intimate place hidden in the center of Tulum. It is located on a quiet street away from all the noise. You are within walking distance from everything...

Two of us had an excellent stay here. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful (rare after a months travels in Mexico). The best part was the pool - much welcomed given the heat. Right in the middle of town, within cycling distance of the beach, tulum ruins and grand Cenote. It's a small place with a laid back vibe....

Moderate price because it is away from the beaches. You can rent bycicles. Restaurants are near by, also banks and oxxos. The staff is friendly, the rooms simple and clean. I can only recommend this Hotel.

clean rooms, fairy comfortable beds, really nice (although only spanish speaking) staff and good location, and all of this at a reasonable price. the only small downside was, as others mentioned, a noisy club close to the hotel. this isn't of course hotel latinos fault though. i highly recommend this hotel.
