Long Point Lodge is run by a second generation of the family that started it. There are a variety of cabins available and the prices are more than reasonable. Cabins were very nice and clean and boats and motors are available to rent by the day. Fishing was not amazing, but it was pretty good. The lake is stunningly gorgeous...

We spent a weekend here grouse hunting September 2015. The lodge is great, and you can't say enough about Gord and Lise the owners. The meals were absolutely fantastic and the hunting was spectacular we will be back again next year at the same time for another bird hunt.

Just returned from a week at Long Point Lodge. Husband is an avid fisherman so wanted to take a trip north to see what that area had to offer. Although the weather was a bit off for the opening of fishing season-close to 30 degrees Celsius for a couple of days and below freezing with snow for another couple of...

Stayed a night at the Lodge during our Gold Rush snowmobile tour. We all got the meal plan and were treated to home cooked dinner (roast beef with all the fixings), breakfast and even a take-away bagged lunch. Great deal and wonderful and welcoming host/hostess. Tips: they aren't licensed so make sure you pack your beverages.

Just returned from a trip with family and friends and enjoyed a relaxed informal visit. The hosts Gord and Lees (not sure about spelling) made us feel almost part of their family. She fed us with a hearty breakfast to set us up for a long days fishing and then produced dinner for the five of us . We had...

clean, the best part is that i walked in and everything was clean. Rustic and cabins are quaint. I have noticed over the years as I visit my neighboring cottages that the owners are always making lil improvements! there's a rec hall where groups can get together, with a pool table and shuffle table. A small kids park, beach, laundry...

Have been going for years to this area, visited and stayed at all lodges! This Lodge is by far the best!! If you want to be treated like family, this is the place. Might be rustic but they have service and experience. Fishing on their lake is great, yet I explore every other lake around and always do great!

“If possible, book a bigger cottage than you need. It's only a few dollars more per day and the extra room will be worth it. Should have done that ourselves. Maybe next time??”
