A majestic setting in an incredibly beautiful part of the country, spoilt by apathetic staff. From the moment we arrived it felt like the staff were doing us a favour by assisting us. Very unhelpful. The breakfasts are also terrible and the towels are old. There are many alternatives where one can stay in the area and the next time...

I took my family for a week-long visit while doing a road-trip through the Limpopo and Mpumalanga provinces in South Africa . The location of the hotel was great and our room had lovely views overlooking a scenic and picturesque valley.Service was cheerful (but average) and as far as the food was concerned breakfast was fine but with the other...

The hotel was great and we managed to get a room with a fantastic view which looked right down the valley. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. But watch out for the monkeys. Don't leave windows or doors open, even if you are in the room!! We eat in the hotel which I won't do again as Mose of...

Beautiful area. Comfortable and generous accommodation. Hotel very efficient. We hoped for an exciting menu in the restaurant but had a set menu - that was disappointing Area is Limpopo in South Africa. Hotel has great views over virgin forest as well as plantations. Great for birds and butterflies. Monkeys nearby. Caters for conferences.

Rooms and bathrooms are very run down, when we arrived and left no one offered to assist with baggage during heavy rains, both my wife and I got soaking wet loading luggage. Will not go back ever. Only good thing was the staff and food at restaurant. Very friendly service and good selection of breakfast.

Didn't stay over at the Hotel but went there for Breakfast and then again for Dinner. The food was great, definitely worth a visit. The view from the restaurant is amazing and there is a charming old English pub. Staff were very helpful about activities in the area.
