Well to start off I found it slightly over priced for the time of year(especially when it see it online for 40$ cheaper). It was clean and comfy, beds and pillows were perfect :) It was minus 10 and when we walked in it was warm and the ‘fireplace’ was playing on the tv, nice! Also liked the idea of the winter fire pit, even though we didn’t use it. Nice touch!

My issue was the noise, we were in a 2 unit with another couple next door. They were not noisy by any means, regular noise but we could hear every word when we were both in our bedrooms. Not cool. Also, when we went looking for extra towels under the counter they were there literally sitting, touching the toilet plunger..eww. Otherwise, enjoyable and would come again but would look around to see if there were cheaper rates being touted online!

We enjoyed our stay there. The cabin was clean , the wifi and satellite was a little extra bonus. I didn’t realize from booking online that the cabins was like a big cabin quartered into 4’s so we found there wasn’t much privacy. We would have loved to have had a fire one night but with the cabin next to us having one so we would have been practically all sitting in the yard together with no privacy. We would come back but just plan on exploring the national park and just staying at the cabin for sleeping. It was quite handy to the national park it was approximately a 5 min drive into the park

While on a motorcycle trip, we were riding in torrential rain We stopped at the first place we found. And a great find it was. Guy, the owner & his staff could not do enough for us. We were soaked to the skin, housekeeping brought us extra towels. We didn't even ask. They just did. W e had no food with us & Guy offered to drive us into town to get food so we did not have to take the bikes. Superior customer service. Rooms were very clean, however dated. Had a fridge & microwave. Also, on property were laundry facilities. Very clean! A great place to stay!!!!!!!

We loved our stay here! Clean, convenient, comfortable.

Location: Super convenient to the park. There are some restaurants (local and chains like Tims) fairly close driving. Would recommend a grocery stop on the way in. There’s a gas station just down the road with the basics.

We stayed in a one bedroom premium loft chalet. It was beautifully renovated but still had rustic charm with wooden table and staircase. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook and BBQ outside. Bathroom had full tub and very clean. Living room had a futon as well as a Murphy bed. Then upstairs one bedroom. We loved the skylight feature but if you prefer a pitch black room you might need a sleep mask because it doesn’t have a blind. Closed in porch was a nice feature to keep mud out and would be super nice to eat out there and keep the bugs at bay. We stayed when it was pretty chilly and the electric heat worked very well.

Overall would totally stay again.

We had the loft cabin which featured a bedroom in a loft with a skylight. There were 2 mini fridges which held all our food, 2 burners to cook on and a large toaster oven for baking. The cabin was clean and quite lovely. Guy greeted us as soon as we arrived and let us in an hour early as the cabin was ready. He was very friendly and when there was a problem with the hot water tap, he came right over to help. The trails were at the end of the driveway so easy access. They had the outdoor fire pit ready to light with wood piled up. The only problem I would say was the water smelled strong of iron so we brought our own. Great holiday and we will be back.

Our stay was decent but definitely wasn't comfortable. We stayed in the wilderness Lodge and expected the sofa bed/fouton sleeping arrangements however we expected some comfort. The fouton was extremely uncomfortable. It wasn't flat, more like a "v" so both of us were rolling to the center all night. It's also a typical cheap fouton so the "mattress" was very thin and uncomfortable.

What they don't tell you is the cabins are not private. They are 4 in one building and other four plexes are very close. Outdoor activities such as a campfire or BBQ are not private, it's basically like having a public fire with everyone else only feet away.

They also say they have WiFi and do admit that it's slow, and they're right, we basically had none.

For the price they charge we expected more.

To be fair, there were a few positives, a small but functional kitchen with 2 mini fridges. A cute little corner table and the bathroom was decent as well.

Overall a good stay. The toaster oven wasn't clean and had bacon fat in the drip tray and rack dirty. It was a comfortable cabin and for being in a wooded area we were impressed there were no bugs in the cabin. Great location to the park and nice trail right beside it. Our dog had an area to to play and got along good too. We appreciated it being dog friendly.
Thanks.

We had a very restful stay. We were lucky to have good weather at the end of October, and were able to enjoy Kouchibouguac National Park in a shoulder period, which meant the park seemed like our private playground.
The accomodations were comfortable and right at the edge of the park.
It was an easy cottage to heat, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed.
The owners are friendly and helpful and there are some pretty special dining options within a half hours drive, as well as groceries just up the road. We will be back.

Upon arrival we were greated with not only great service but kindness and much wisdom from all staff working this day.

They were very accommodating to my disability and helped our family get settled in nicely.

If I were to recommend a place to not only receive solitude, great outdoors, wilderness and everything needed for a long stay with all accommodations. THIS IS YOUR SPOT

We all need a break from being cooped up indoors from covid for those who chose to be careful and follow public health guidelines.

This area hits all checkmarks for proper protocol during this phase of Covid and we had no worries during our stay.

Many thanks from the Lanteigne / Duval / Montague Families.

We had a 1 queen bed room. It was a large room with refrigerator and table with chairs. The bathroom was also a nice size. Though it is an older facility everything was very clean. When checking in they were very friendly and helpful as to places to eat and recommendations on what to see and do in the national park and the best time of day for various sites/ activities.
