A wonderful place to stay and would recommend it to anyone. The staff and Barbara and beautiful people in every way possible. The location couldn't be better. The only reason I didn't give five stars is the bed. It was not that comfortable. Meaning for me not comfortable at all.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your very nice review. It troubles me that you did not mention your concern about your bed at the time you were here. Everyone sleeps differently and we have accommodations for those who like firmer beds, or softer one. Unless we know we can't adjust things for our guest. Please let us know which room... More

I first visited Casa de la Noche when my friends were staying there for an art workshop in October 2015, and I within minutes I knew that I would be returning. Luckily, I was able to do so in October 2016, and had a memorable time with a group of lively, talented women at the same art retreat. I cannot... More

No other place can set the tone for the city of San Miguel de Allende than Casa de la Noche. From the time you enter this historical bordello, you will be immerced in art, history, and beauty. Each room has its own special charm and comfort and there are many beautiful quiet spots to enjoy the gardens and courtyards. Barbara... More

We were two couples so we took the Besos Grande suite which comprised the "First Kiss"and "Kiss me Again" rooms as well as a kitchen area with sink, large counter, stove top, dining area and refrig as well as a huge common area with a sofa, chairs and coffee table and another dining area. Oh, and there was a large... More

Stayed with a group of women for a art retreat. The staff is amazing. Very helpful with ideas on everything from where to eat to helping with medical issues. The owner is a lovely person who is very knowledgeable about San Miguel.

Excellent staff and accommodations. Secluded and quiet rooms ...everything you'll need after spending the days touring the town. The staff was attentive and courteous, helping with directions and taxis.

This former brothel near the Jardin (central square and park) is so interesting. From the outside it looks very small but inside is a large courtyard ringed with rooms and public areas. The rooms are all different and range from small hotel-like rooms to large suites. The breakfast is cooked for you and the host is very accommodating. You also... More

Barbara, Sondra and the entire staff at Casa de la noche were the absolute best. They helped us with everything from restaurant and shopping suggestions, to hospitals and doctors. The breakfasts were amazing, the staff was so courteous and genuine. I will only stay there again on my next trip to SMA.

This year was the third time that I stayed at Casa de La Noche while attending an art retreat in this fabulous home in San Miguel de Allende. For Barbara and her friendly staff nothing is ever too much trouble to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. I can wax lyrical about the wonderful positive energy that always surrounds us... More

This is my second time staying in San Miguel and I could not have found a better hotel. Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, rooftop tables to sit and enjoy sunset, and a short walk to the town's square. I was there on business and pleasure, but this is the perfect hotel for a romantic stay. English is spoken by... More
