As soon as you walk through the doors you're in a world apart. Spacious public areas, verdant courtyards, thoughtfully arranged rooms with 15-foot ceilings. Antonieta and Francisco are your hosts—American expats who know when to help and when to leave you alone. They're full of insider knowledge about where to eat, shop, and sightsee. In short, this beautiful B&B is...

My husband and I revisited Antigua Capilla Bed and Breakfast earlier this year, and we both were very happy with the room and the first class service of the staff and the owner Antonieta. We have a house in SMA that was being rented during our week stay and wanted to visit this 'just perfect' B&B that we have stayed...

Francisco and Antonieta have built a top class bed and breakfast in Antigua Capilla. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and well appointed amenities. The roof top terrace is a great place to sit and enjoy one of their boutique beers as it provides a great view of the city. The internal courtyard and the breakfast area are...

A stunning property in a small alley away from the hustle and bustle of SMA. There is so much attention to detail in this place, the love of art is visible and one could feel that Francisco and Maria Antonieta have put all of their love and effort in designing and building this remarkable B&B. Breakfast was excellent and our...

Four family members traveled together to San Miguel in late April- two of us had been to SMA before. We researched the b&b before and chose Antigua Capilla because it was newly built and would have modern conveniences but the charm of an old hacienda. It is built on the site of, and has at its center, a small chapel...

Francisco and Antoinetta have really built an incredible and impeccably designed bed & breakfast in San Miguel de Allende. From beginning to end, we have a fabulous stay --- incredible breakfasts every morning (different egg recipes, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice, homemade granola!), a 7 page long list of restaurants to check out with map and directions, Francisco's own craft...

My husband and I stayed at Antigua Capilla B&B for our 20th anniversary. It was a gorgeous place -- tasteful decor with incredible views from the sitting areas and the huge rooftop deck. Francisco is a friendly, engaging, knowledgable owner/host and helped set up tours with the best drivers and guides. The free, hearty, hot breakfasts were cooked to order...

This was my first trip to San Miguel De Allende, and I am so glad that we stayed here! We decided to fly into Mexico City, and Antonieta was very helpful in arranging a driver to meet us just outside Customs and deliver us to her doorstep. This helpfulness continued throughout our trip, in the form of advice about restaurants,...

We finally made it to San Miguel De Allende. The owners Antoinetta and Francisco were so helpful they arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived at 10 pm Francisco was waiting for us and showed us around. The place is like you step into a Architectural Digest magazine. Beautiful peaceful colorful. Francisco recommended us...
