Our room overlooked the swimming pool which gave it a very relaxing feel. Susan, Her husband Chuck and their staff were very attentive to our needs like providing us with an iron or directions to restaurants, etc. Breakfast at the hotel ,every morning, was delicious! I still think about the chilaquiles. I will definitely be going back.

I was in San Miguel de Allende for their annual festival. This has been on my travel bucket list for 15 years, and decided to finally make it happen. I did quite a bit of research, and decided on Casa Schuck. It's a beautiful boutique hotel, three blocks from the Jardin. I have to say that the staff at Casa... More

Casa Shuck is an amazing boutique hotel. The gardens are mature and beautiful and our room was large and expertly decorated. I loved the French doors with the beveled glass that looked out onto the patio and town. With so many places in the courtyard and roof deck to sit and relax we found ourselves spending more time than we... More

Elegant with unique rooms nice roof top garden and pool. Very relaxed and accommodating. Elegant without being overly precious. A little up-hill from the rest of town, but still very central. We'll come back again.

Casa Schuck is conveniently located a short walk to the town's main square. Rooms are well appointed & very comfortable. Public rooms and courtyards are very inviting. Staff was cordial & attentive & owners most gracious. The plunge pool was a welcome amenity after an afternoon of sightseeing and shopping. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

We had a great 5 day stay. In town with friends for a wedding. I've read a lot of the reviews for Casa Shuck. We had a similar terrific experience. We stayed in La Luna. It's a hike to the top but it's worth it. The view of the city is unbelievable. Nothing to do with casa schuck , but... More

Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Owner (Chuck) was friendly and full of advice We stayed there while we were looking at properties for purchase and he even pointed us toward a couple of properties in the neighborhood for us to see. Look forward to seeing him again once we buy a place The staff makes excellent Margaritas as well as breakfast.

Casa Schuck was once the home of Gladys Schuck, an American expat who became legendary for her charity work. It's a large hacienda, rambling over a half dozen levels surrounding a beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool. We stayed in La Rosa on the second floor with a private terrace leading to a spacious rooftop terrace offering gorgeous views of San... More

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. The staff--particularly Cesar, and service were excellent. It felt like we were in a private villa. The breakfast was hearty and I'm still missing that fresh papaya, Mexican coffee and fresh orange juice. My room, La Escondido, while lacking a lot of natural light, was comfortable, spacious and well... More
