I have only good things to say about Hacienda de las Flores. The room was very pleasant. The garden is gorgeous. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The location is excellent just a few blocks from the Jardin. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the wifi but that is typical due to the old, thick walls. Reception was great...

I loved this hotel. The gardens are large and lovely with bougainvillea, cacti, pots and pots of flowering plants, huge old trees that tower above the hotel and create wide swaths of shade. The view from the rooftop is stunning day and night. The breakfast is excellent -- eggs and bacon or Mexican specialties, fruit and juice, coffee and tea....

Perfect for atmosphere and location and delicious breakfasts. We are yearly, repeat guests at the hotel, having stayed there each year for the past twelve years. My husband and I recommend the Hacienda de las Flores with enthusiasm ! P. S. The courtyard is the most beautiful one we have seen in San Miguel; a place for rest and reading.

We have been coming to Hacienda for over 12 years and hopefully many years to come. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. We love the authentic Mexican style. The garden is a wonderful oasis that we enjoy every afternoon. Location is the best close to the Jardine, park and many restaurants. The staff is welcoming and efficient.

Great place downtown, at short walking distance from the beautiful parroquia. The room was clean and comfortable. We woke up to enjoy a complete and delicious breakfast which is included in the price. The garden and rooftop views are not to miss.

Great service. Free parking. But where this hotel really standards out is the roof top views of the city. It's stunning. The rooms are decent size and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are tiled and pretty. The location is great and very walkable to all the tourist locations and numerous restaurants.

Great Location...Beautiful Gardens...Wonderful Breakfast...Large Units....Nice Staff...Clean....Pool. Traditional Mexican decor. Nothing terribly wrong but it is time to get rid of all the extension cords, address lighting, no more electric blankets and new window coverings that allow light in but can be closed for privacy. Kitchens.

“Hacienda de Las Flores” is tucked away in a cozy neighborhood, which had just had a miraculous cancellation, and we showed up without any reservations, so it worked out for us. They insisted on cash payment and did not accept Amex, but was our best bet as we didn't want to sleep in the car. I would not say much...
