The saddest thing about our stay was that it was only for one night! Upon arriving we parked up and within 5 minutes our luggage was being taken inside and out car was being parked for us. Check in was smooth and we got talking with the general manager who was a great guy and extremely friendly..he even lived in...

We stayed at the Hotel Nena along with another couple. The rooms were spotless. The beds were cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed the large bathroom as well. We spent time at the tranquil rooftop pool with the same views as The Rosewood with less than half the price. The staff, especially the day manager Sergio, were fantastic. They went above...

After traveling around Mexico, we went to this place with very low service expectations, therefore, we enjoyed our stay. Once you get used to hear more no's than yes for the most elemental stuff (even when you pay over 250$ p/n), and clueless service professionals at shameful levels, you finally learn to enjoy your trips around the country. Nena is...

If you wanted to buy yourself a "Personal Space" in the the middle of a classic Mexican artist's community, surrounded by boutique restaurants, art galleries, quaint 'high-end' shopping, street-food stands, parks, narrow cobblestone streets, and local charm galore ... this would be the place you would choose. But you don't have to buy it! ... NENA already exists in the...

The rooms, lobby, and courtyard restaurant are beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar were a lovely surprise with views similar to La Luna. There was a bit of a hipster see-and-be-seen crowd up there, but their preening to impress one another just made our people watching more interesting. And I can't say enough about the service!...

My best friend and I stayed one night at Hotel Nena and we loved it. We stayed in the spacious Oliva room with high ceilings and super comfortable beds. All room details are attended to including l'Occitane soaps. Upon arrival our car was whisked away. Cocktail hour (super refreshing gin and lavender drink) with a fantastic view. The warm baguette...

Hotel Nena is in a lovely building, with nice outdoor spaces and the staff is very friendly. Our room was very spacious and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a very nice steam shower. However, there were numerous problems, so I would not stay there again. I am mystified and feel misled by all the positive...

Hotel Nena is a wonderful old house tastefully renovated and very stylish. The room are spacious and clean albeit a bit dark due to the tinted glasses of the windows. But this is just about the only negative I could say about this hotel. I is certainly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. It is...

Beautiful little boutique hotel, great service, very good attitude to help always and everybody friendly, the proprietor himself came to us and gave us his card for anything we would need in our stay in beautiful San Miguel de Allende.
