I am always happy to recommend Casa Carly when friends are looking for a place to stay in San Miguel or to bring a group of friends because they will be treated very well with the best of Mexican hospitality. For friends coming to San Miguel for an art holiday, Casa Carly is only a block away from one of...

Amazing Adobe casitas. Full kitchens, great art and interior design. Staff were as friendly as I've seen. Great garden and enclosure keeps street noise to a minimum. Plent of food and shopping. Walking distance to everything.

Casa Carly is so much more than a hotel-- it's like having your own stylish, comfortable apartment to relax in. Casita #6 has a separate bedroom with a door that works great if you're traveling in a group or with your kids. I was apprehensive about there not being any A/C in July, but there was absolutely no need for...

This is the second time I have stayed at Casa Carly. Both times I was travelling with a group of students and other teachers. I reviewed Casa Carly on my previous trip and I wanted to commend them for another excellent stay. The casitas are lovely, very homey and very relaxing. I stayed in Casita #2 this time, second floor...

Arriving a little under the weather and being shown to my casita made me feel better immediately! My casita was very spacious and oh so comfortable. The next morning I had some terrific chilaquiles for breakfast before I was out the door to explore from this great location! And Jesus has the answer to any question you might have!! Very...

Casa Carly was a very relaxing place that felt like home despite being far from where we live. Having our own casita was a nice change from typical hotels. We could cook, use the little fridge, and enjoy a living room with a TV. They even had reviews of local restaurants and magazines to peruse. The colorful buildings were a...

FABULOUS! in every respect... We stayed in casita 5...perfectly appointed with warm colors and Mexican décor, kitchenette, comfie beds and large sitting room with TV/VCR (we watched --and highly recommend--"Lost and Found in Mexico" a film about San Miguel which we borrowed -although it is available for purchase--from the café). We sat outside enjoying the lush surroundings and being mesmerized...

Casa Carly has only 7 "casitas". They are well designed, comfortable with all the amenities you need. Our room had a separate sofa area away from the beds, a small kitchen, and outdoor seating. It was super comfortable and a 10 minute walk from the Jardine. Don't miss their breakfast cafe. Great coffee. The manager, Jesus, was very helpful in...

We stayed here for four nights over New Years. Carly was out of town but Jesus and Patty took really great care of us. The rooms and courtyard are beautiful! The food in the cafe was so good we never had breakfast anywhere else. It took us an easy, charming 15 minute to walk to the center of town. The...

From the moment my travelling companion and I stepped through the front gate into the colourful world of Casa Carly with stunning gardens and bright and bold colours adorning every surface we didn't want to leave. I can't recommend this place any more. The staff are wonderful and as cheerful and welcoming as their surroundings (especially Jesus). The rooms are...
