We had a nice overnight stay here. The room was clean and the people were very nice. Our room was at the top of the steps and it was a quiet room.We went on a nice walk and then to dinner at a pizza place. Breakfast was a set menu but it filled the ticket.

I stayed at the Than Loan Hotel during my second stay in Cao Bang. It is located next to the market, but not on the busy main raod (turning right after crossing the bridge). The location is nice, quiet, with quite a few food places and cafes in waliking distance. My room was rather spacious, with two beds, a fridge,...

I stayed just one night in Cao Bang and chose this hotel without much research. The reception was deserted and it took some time to get the attention of anyone. The staff explained in Vietnamese and a few words of English that tomorrow someone would speak English. Eventually i was shown a couple of rooms that were clean and tidy....

Stayed for two nights and staff is helpful and has good services i.e. laundry and motorbike parking. Nice clean room with private bathroom and hot shower. The market is just 200m away and walking along the riverside there is a small boulevard.

This hotel is about a half block off of their Main Street, so it's a bit quieter. Our room is quite large. One thing missing, and I see it regularly in hotels in N Vietnam, there are no luggage racks. We end up putting things on the chair and the floor.

There are two hotels with the same name that belong to the same owner. The old one is in the city center. A minute from the market that worth a visit. The a hotel is clean and looks ok. However, we continue to the new one that is located -2km from the center. It is newer and bigger. The rooms...

We stayed here two nights. Since cao bang is a really small village we did not expect much. The hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is nothing special. It's a good choice for cao bang, cheap and clean.

I believe there are two Thanh Loan Hotels that are owned by the same person. We stayed at the one that is a kilometer or so outside of the downtown. The room, which is accessible by elevator, was really spacious and spotlessly clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I've slept in - firm but not...

My first night in Cao Bang was in a different hotel and was horrible. I arrived here early and was shown a room on the first floor that was huge and clean. It was a fraction dark with the colour scheme but it was only 350k VND without breakfast a night and there is an excellent Banh cuon place next...

“We stayed in room 201. Huge with a queen and double bed. No real view and not sure if any of the rooms have a view, but we liked 201. You might ask if there's a room with a view first.”
