I decided to visit Nong khiaw without any settle plan. It was my second time to Luang prabang, so i wanted to check different area of Laos. NOng khiaw is a small town not much to do in this little beautiful town. I booked this hotel based on the good review on internet.…
Lovely location with great river views. Staff very welcoming. Rooms basic but very clean , breakfast buffet ok. Exactly what you would expect for the price and perfect for one night. Small infinity pool perfect to cool off in but not really for swimming.
We stayed here for 1 night before going on the 100 Waterfalls hike. The rooms are all in the form of bungalows spread along the river. The rooms are large, fairly simple but traditionally furnished. Breakfast was served in an open air, riverside restaurant and was very good. …
We totally loved this place, the views are stunning with a beautiful sunset. The rooms are large and spotless and the showers powerful. What stole the show however was the food. We ate most of our meals here and the food was 5 star. We will definitely be back to stay here again…
But we are not unfortunately. Nothing wring to say except that it is basic and that the beds are very hard... Amazing view on the river. Personel is very friendly and breakfast is ok. In fact it is more 4 stars on a total of 6 than 3 on a total of 5.
"Room 1 is separate from the others on the opposite side of the dining room, otherwise all of the rooms are fairly similar."
"They say the rooms furthest from reception have the best views"
"Try to select a roo mas far up river as possible."
"Best located bungalows, regarding the view angle and the restaurant proximity, are respectively #2, #3, #6, #4, #5 and #7."
"There are 2 bungalows on each balcony. Ask for the bungalow which is furthest from the access point"
