Four of us stayed in the lodge, what a charming place. The owners were friendly, helpful and accommodating, clearing a table for us in the closed restaurant so we could play board games until it was late enough for meteor watching. Breakfast was quite good and successfully avoided allergy foods (which is not that easy). It is a gorgeous, quiet...

Hubby's sister lives in Winlaw and we visit every other year or so. We have stayed elsewhere in the past - usually driving from Nelson on a daily basis to hang out with the family. Why didn't we find Lemon Creek Lodge sooner? We stayed in the Gingerbread Cabin for 7 nights. Great 2 BR cabin with just about everything...

Recently stayed at the Gingerbread Cottage with some girlfriends. The cabin was really cute and came complete with our very own ginger kitty! It was very clean, completely furnished with coffee, fridge, comfortable beds. The cuisine was absolutely wonderful! Excellent service. I wish I had stayed longer. One of the best experiences vacationing in a long time!

Four of us came to the area for kayaking on Slocan Lake in late July. Lemon Creek Lodge was a great choice. Making reservations online was easy, and Judy and Barry were always available to answer questions by phone. Our little cabin was charming, clean, and comfortable. The Lodge is conveniently located on the Rail Trail system, which offers a...

I have been to this wonderful hideaway 4 times for dinner. Each time I have enjoyed my meal immensely. Ingredients are fresh. Service is simple and relaxed. The space is intimate & rustic with a healthy dose of knick knacks to look at. Most nights I have been there, they have live local musicians playing quietly in the background. I...

My wife and I were cycling the Slocan Rail trail and stopped for the night. Great restaurant with home cooked meals. The staff was very friendly and room was clean. I would recommend rustic Lemon Creek Lodge if you want something different then a chain hotel and restaurant.

I was there in April in the shoulder season. No provincial camp ground were open at the time. Originally was going to camp but decided to take one of the two cabins. The cabin was over priced at $110. The facility and the cabin I stayed in was in need of a lot of work. Restaurants was not open which...

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our cabins are priced less than the average rate for our area. During the slow season, our restaurant is open on Monday to Wednesday to guests only by reservation. Without a reservation we cannot properly prepare our restaurant for service. Sorry you did not find our cabin adequate, if...

Our family just returned from a wonderful Valentine's night away at the Lemon Creek Lodge. The lodge has a history of the first snowcat operation in the area, it is meticulously maintained by owners, Judy & Barry. Styled European rustic, it is very warm & cozy sitting in comfortable armchairs by the fire. The pleasantly surprising menu includes seafood dishes...
